I called them to look at a furnace. They did come right out. They quoted me two hundred and eighty dollars to fix the furnace. I had no problem with that. They fixed the furnace by replacing the igniter control box that was ok too. Then the bill was not any where what was quoted. I felt I had been had. They added on labor to change the control took like 15 minutes I thought that was part of the two hundred and eighty quoted. I was billed another hour on top of the quote. Then on top of that I was charged the service call. I could of bought a new furnace for what the total bill was. It is a small trailer style furnace. I will avoid these folk the next time I need furnace work again.

Keith has been out to my home once for my A/​C and once for my furnace. I cannot say enough great things about the service. He is very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. The customer service from the entire staff at Ray Gidich is superb from the secretaries to the technicians. The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.
