I’ve been going to Fifth Third bank since I was in my teens. I’ve never really had any issues with any of the local branch offices. I like going to this branch more so than the others because they aren’t typically busy and there is always someone available to talk to if necessary. They have one 24 hour drive-​thru ATM machine and one teller window that is open during regular business hours. My only gripe with this branch is that they often run out of deposit envelopes for the ATM machine over the weekends.

Blah, worked with a manager here who was supposed to sign me up for a CC, did all the paper work but it never went through. Found out 4 months later (clearly I have a lot of CC’s so I didn’t notice), and I never got the $ 100 I was owed for opening a credit card.
Last time I try to open an account with them for $ 100 with the intention of closing said account once i get my money :)
