Rudest front office personnel EVER! They refused to even let me see the doctor. If you are not RETIRED RICH and WHITE, don’t bother going here. They yelled at me for being early (according to the appointment card they sent me I was only 10 mins. early). It went down hill from there. They assumed I was on California Care, which they obviously don’t accept. Even when I told them I was on a private plan, they didn’t even bother to call and see if I was covered. And btw… I had given them the info over a month in advance of the appt! They basically ran me out of the office!
