if i could give this horribly company a –10 i would! DO NOT i repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Charles STEALS your money and gives you CRAP for food! those pictures — are not his. I filed charges w the BBB. Do not use PayPal as they will not cover you in the event Charles cheats you! PayPal does not protect the buyer from food products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS

I hate to give bad reviews but I have been totally disappointed with this company. My first order I specifically noted that I am allergic to broccoli and sure enough over half my meals contained broccoli. I emailed the company about their mistake and they gave me a pathetic 5% off my next order. I just placed my second order (giving them a a second chance) last week and let them know that I need my order by Wednesday the 17th (today!) because, I’m going to the Mr Olympia this weekend and leave Thursday. They said I would need to pay for the rush shipping of $ 35. Well I didn’t have a choice so I paid the shipping costs. This morning I get a txt from fuelmymuscles saying that UPS damaged my package and they apologized for the issue. I asked for them to deliver tomorrow and they said ok. I am so disappointed that they didn’t offer to refund my shipping due to the issue or anything! All I got was an apology. This company is a joke and I will be telling my fitfam not to order from them. It’s totally disappointing because their food was pretty good. They just don’t understand that they need to take responsibility for their mistakes and make the customer happy. Today’s economy is about customer satisfaction and fuelmymuscles just doesn’t understand how to do that. It’s really too bad.
