History

Established in 2012.

After receiving colonic hydrotherapy for over 8 years, I went to school to become certified in the practice that has helped me to feel better and overcome a life of chronic constipation. I am now more aware of what I put into my body and take better care of my digestive health. I graduated from the Internal Environment Institute in Santa Monica, California this in January 2012 and am certified by the International Association of Colonic Hydotherapy (I-​ACT) at the Foundation level.

After receiving colonic hydrotherapy for over 8 years, I went to school to become certified in the practice that has helped me to feel better and overcome a life of chronic constipation. I am now more aware of what I put into my body and take better care of my digestive health. I graduated from the Internal Environment Institute in Santa Monica, California in January 2012 and am certified by the International Association of Colonic Hydotherapy (I-​ACT) at the Foundation level.

I graduated in December 2001 from Clinical Touch Massage Therapy School in Rocklin, CA and am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot and cold stone therapies.

I have a very nurturing technique and encourage my clients to be active participants in healing.
