Top notch shop.
Stopped by with a Suzuki service bulletin for my 05′ V-​Strom 1000. Jonathon Co ordered the part straight away and called me promptly upon its arrival. They said it could be done while I waited, so I set an appointment.
Prepared to wait an hour or two, I rode into service. They put my bike inside immediately. Chatting with the knowledgeable sales staff, specifically Eric Kelley, was a pleasure. 20 minutes after arrival, my repair was done.
I don’t buy new bikes, I like to tinker. Sky Powersports, Longwood has an excellent Service & Parts department. They’re friendly, prompt, and most importantly… really know motorcycles.

I would give 10 stars if I could… I inquired about a bike a day or two ago. Filled out the credit app because I wanted to finance a newer bike. Waited about a day to hear back on payment options because I don’t have the best of credit, was just about to go and try buying elsewhere when Alicia contacted me with a deal that blew every other dealer out of the water… Went in, filled out paperwork, waited a little while with my crazy-​hyper daughter… Alicia was awesome, even entertained my little one and walked her around the dealership a couple times. The sales manager and finance manager were both very friendly and honest. I would 150% recommend this dealership and Alicia to anyone who is either looking for a bike or potentially looking to upgrade their current bike. I will be a customer for as long as I am a Florida resident.

Well now that I got that out of the way let me focus on the business in general. I was in a search for a new bike for over a 3 weeks. When I came across this place.
The dealership was clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and just because I was a chick I always bring with me the obligatory penis to show maleness when dealing with vehicles. The sales staff actually focused on me the female buyer rather than the male I brought as arm candy. They let me look over all the bikes and even gave a few suggestions of bikes for my small size.
Only negative I found about the place was this: They had the 2006 Kawasaki Volcun I wanted listed online at $ 2995 and the 2013 Suzuki Gladis at $ 4995. But when I got to the dealership they price for the Volcun changed. they had two in stock, the 2006 and the 2004. They priced the 2004 Volcun at $ 3995 but the 2006 at $ 2995??? WTF they both have the same miles but one is older and cost more? So I just went with the 2013 Suzuki.
Paperwork was a pain in the ass and took forever. I had my bank quote for a loan but also check with their financing to compare. In total the buying process took about 4 hours and I could have left with the bike then and there but I wanted it lowered for my vertically challenged self.
I ordered the part and they lowered it. No charge. now that is pretty darn nice.
Word of advice check all the lights when you get ready to leave. I had to bring my bike back after having it for 3 days because the break lights wouldn’t turn off or dim. Looked like I was always breaking. They fixed it really quick, even came out and got the bike for me. I just wish they would have dropped it back off.

I bought my Polaris aprox. 6 months ago when this was Longwood Motorsports. (It was a completely awful experience, but I’m sure that’s part of the reason they closed shortly after). Last week, my battery died. I called to see if there was a warranty since I hadn’t had the bike for long. They told me they didn’t have record of me buying it with LMS, but to bring it in and they would exchange it. They had great, professional customer service and it was awesome they said they’d replace it, especially when it wasn’t really their problem since they didn’t sell me the bike. When my boyfriend took the battery in and talked to the service guy, he couldn’t believe it. Apparently LMS had given me a $ 35 knock off brand battery and the service tech was surprised it had actually lasted the few months it did. So they gave me a brand new quality battery and earned a lifetime customer. Thanks again!

I cant thank these guys enough. I went in needing some help with a used 97 suzuki gsxr 600. I had spent hours going thru this thing an could not figure out the problem. Nate the GM there personally walked me back to meet Larry in their service dept who is apparently one of the top suzuki techs in the entire country and he found the problem in about 5 minutes! The level of service I received was way above and beyond what I had expected and what I was used to receiving at other dealerships. I’ll definitely be back.
