DO NOT rent from them!!! HORRIBLE customer service…100% FAIL. I tried contacting this company several times for a showing of a property. They took my messages, but did not return any of my calls. The first showing I scheduled, the agent didn’t even show up!!! When I call them again to reschedule a showing, I was told the house could be shown at the end of the month and someone would contact me for sure. I told them I was very interested in the property. I just called back today, a woman named Andrea answered, when I asked about the house she said it had already been rented. 2 days later. After they swore up and down it couldn’t even be shown until the first of the month. I asked her «why?how? You said you would call me to schedule showing once current tenants moved out.» Andreas response was,“it just got rented without going through the rental and showing process.” She didn’t say goodbye or anything, and hung up on me! I was in shock and attempted to call back to find out more information, but she kept picking up the phone and then hanging up on me. After reading the other person’s review, I suppose this was a blessing in disguise not to get mixed up with this HORRIBLE company. But it’s still not okay to treat people that way. I was following up on what THEY told ME. Absolute «horror» of a company.

I wish I can give zero stars. Please spare yourself the stress and do not use this company. Our experience with this company was horrible and we had to contact an attorney to get our tenant’s deposit back. They are extremely unprofessional, calls are never returned, and they lied repeatedly to both our tenant and us.
I have never written an unfavorable review before, but I have never had such an exhausting and unpleasant experience. Please think twice before you use this company. It was a nightmare having to deal with them and I do not want anyone else to have the same awful experience.
