Longview, TX
West loop is an outstanding animal hospital. The reason for the three star review is Dr. Owens. Dr. Owens people and animal skills lack much to be desired. He is rude, speaks to people like they’re stupid, and treats animals like he doesn’t enjoy being a vet. However, Dr. Balliet is a very sociable and outstanding vet. He is gentle and has a good positive attitude. If you go to west loop be sure to not see Owens… This review is not based on a single visit either. Dr. Owens has been that way the six times I have had no other choice but to so him so, it’s not like it was an isolated incident.
