Located next to it’s affiliate business, the Cadillac Island Casino, Tapas has a separate entrance. With an upscale atmosphere that’s cozy and romantic! The food is interestingly prepared with the menu not being so overwhelming with choices; they do what they’re good at. You’ll get a meat, fish, poultry and pork choice along with a smattering of appetizers and salads. Very reasonably priced. Great waitstaff that will bend over backwards to get it right for you too. They usually have a local entertainer providing background dinner music that we’ve enjoyed. I’d like to see the sauces offered on the side for the fish entrees. They bring you bread with olive oil/parmesan to wet your appetite for what’s to come. Cloth table cloths and napkins with candles too! It’s so nice to have a ‘grown-up’ place to dine that’s upscale for Longview. My only complaint? They’re not open except for dinners on Fridays and Saturdays. This our ‘go-to’ place, Longview’s best kept secret.
