This has got to be the nastiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Bugs and trash everywhere. The staff were rude and I ordered a raspberry tea and it literally took twenty minutes… first Starbucks I’ve ever been disappointed in.

Been to this Starbucks and the one on the Loop countless times. This one just isn’t as good. They make the drinks right maybe 50% of the time. Really hit & miss, unfortunately.
Also, be careful that your decaf is decaf (if you’re one of those that needs it).

Cheyanne is the best barista by far!!! I am somewhat partial about this location bc I worked here while in college. I always receive great service and drinks. If there’s ever an issue with your drink just let the barista know. Like all Starbucks they will remake it to your liking, which is great since the drink prices are high.

Fast friendly service at this location. They are always willing to make sure the customer has what they order exactly how they order it. I’ve asked for some pretty off the wall things and they have been accommodating. When I have had a problem they have fixed it every time. My favorite location in Longview.

So I have been an avid Starbucks addict for over a decade.
We just moved from San Diego to Longview and I met a friend today at this Starbucks.
I tried to order a Flat White with half as much milk as they would normally use and they wouldn’t do it. I tried to explain the cup would be less full (just espresso and ½ as much milk as normal) but the lady behind the counter just couldn’t get it. Pretty funny considering they would actually be making a better profit by charging me the same and giving me less product.
I’ve never had this issue at any Starbucks EVER! I have been going to Starbucks several times a week for many years and have never had a problem.
Not sure what is up at this one but good grief people!

As with every Starbucks across this country, no awareness of evening customer service. Sit for 15 minutes in the drive thru while one person works and three people clean. If you are going to stop working at 7:00 then close at 7:00. Why should an evening customer receive a different quality of service than a morning customer???

I know, it’s Starbucks. The quality of service and product is Top Shelf. I stop in once a week or so for coffee and a breakfast sammich. The lines, inside and out, are usually long but quickly move. That many people can’t be wrong.
The staff is professional yet conversational.
