Friendly waitstaff, the food is okay at best, and be prepared to request seating, as they will place you in the middle of the crowd with another empty section completely open. All in all, the food is alright. There’s a larger selection than other buffets in town, but this is quantity over quality. The waiter basically sits you down, and walks off. We had 4 finished plates at the table, and our water hadn’t been refilled once. Not my go-to buffet, but a rare occasion when I’m craving mock sushi.

They have been shut down! Failed health inspection with so many demerits. Health department made them shut the doors. As of right now, they have not re-opened. So sad. Was a good place to eat! Don’t know if I’ll be able to stomach going back now. Just ate there last week. Ugh!

Excellent service and great lunch buffet prices at New Hupei. I grew up eating at the former location(I guess«old» Hupei? :)). My favorite dishes are the mushrooms, broccoli and steak, sesame chicken, green beans and the hot/sour soup. I recently ate here for lunch and was not disappointed. Everything was fresh, hot and incredibly delicious. They offer a large variety of items(boiled shrimp, crab rangoon, spring rolls, sushi and other various dishes). You should definitely pop-in for lunch and give it a try if you like Chinese food.

Not bad. As far as Chinese goes in Longview it is probably the best. The sesame chicken is the best I’ve had.
