The most important aspect of purchasing either a new construction home or existing home is to have an agent on your side closely guarding your money, a fiduciary guardian! I will stay by your side until we get the right price for your next home. If we are offering too much for a home, you will know it! My fiduciary responsibilities to my clients are paramount.

Real Estate sales today is all about marketing. Your seller’s agent must be well versed in the current marketing strategies that produce results. The days of putting a for sale sign in the yard and waiting for the phone to ring are long gone. If you are not utilizing third party sites for marketing, your home will go unnoticed. When I list your home, I list it on multiple MLS sites and multiple 3^rd party real estate sites in addition to purchasing paid marketing advertising.

Jacob Steele has worked in commercial real estate management for 13 years and has held many upper management positions, most recently, as a Multi-​State Regional Director for a national firm. Jacob left this position of intense travel to be closer to his family. Jacob brings with him a strong work ethic and years of knowledge from managing high net worth individual portfolios to large investment firms.

Jacob, through years of experience, knows what it takes to protect and grow his client’s wealth in the form of real estate investments.
