I would not go back here again! They tried to sell me new tires when I didn’t need them! They would not rotate my tires as they claimed they didn’t have enough tread. I went to discount wheel and tire to get the rotation done with no problems, they were also more friendly and locally owned.

We went in to get a full set of tires. We ordered them online, and scheduled our appointment. We have been to other tire places in the past, and so this was our first time at Discount Tires. We were very impressed with the quality of service. The manager worked with us, and was friendly and helpful. The entire visit took 45 minutes, and we drove away very pleased with our visit and the quality of their work.

It is very rare that I write a review on an automotive type business. I’ve never been overly impressed and at one point or another they all seem to irritate me. I visited this Discount Tire for the first time ever and the service I received was exceptional. I went online a week before I wanted to have my work done and ordered the tires and set an appointment for 8:15 one morning. The confirmation email said show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and what not. The guy that waited on me was fast, friendly, and professional. They had a crew jump right on my 4 new tires and I was out the door at 8:15 exactly. My appointment wasn’t even until then. I was blown away by the service I received. Four new tires in 15 minutes has never happened for me, ever. Their prices are fair and were actually better than other places around here.
