The black woman with short hair is incredibly nice and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I needed to get done and she reassured me she would take care of my wedding dress, vest, pants, and button down. She even took the time to stuff tissue paper in the button down for my flight. For getting all four items done the next day, it was about $ 50, which I found reasonable. I’ve gone to Village Cleaners on the loop before and they were VERY expensive. This place does a great job at a reasonable price. Will return again. Update 2 weeks after above post: I returned back to this cleaner to have my wedding dress cleaned again after my wedding because they did such a great job last time. As I walked in through the door, it was annouced it would cost $ 100. That’s more than DOUBLE what I paid last time and doesn’t even include the pants, shirt, and vest I brought in last time. I informed them what I paid last time and was told that was an error, but they would ask the manager. The rude white middle aged female manager told us it would be OVER $ 100 to get it done and we got a deal last time and she doesn’t even think she can clean it. So my first visit started at UNDER $ 50, my second visit they want $ 100, and two minutes after being quoted $ 100, it’s now OVER $ 100? Never going back again.
