What I consumed: I rented 1 dozen chairs
Environment: it’s welcoming when you enter. Despite the signage I drove right by it the first time. I give the environment 3 stars.
Service: The service was OK. They don’t let you rent equipment without a Texas Drivers License which was somewhat problematic but we got it figured out. I give the service 3 stars.

We rented large heaters in Dec. for an outdoor evening venue. When we attempted to plug them in, they blew out all the circuits. We were able to plug 1 heater in but you had to stand directly under it to feel any heat at all. A-​1 Party & Rental should have either insured the venue had the appropriate circuitry for the heaters or rented us propane heaters. When I told them about what happened all they said was they would check into it. They were neither helpful or friendly. This is one business that does not live up to the Texas hospitality standard.
