Established in 2007.

The Kunselman Team with Supreme Lending is a mother-​son mortgage team that has been taking the team approach to mortgage lending since 2007. This was right in the middle of the great recession that put many long established mortgage companies out of business. Our commitment to always putting our client’s needs first has created a strong loyal following of past clients which allowed us to not only survive but thrive in one of the worst housing and mortgage markets we have ever seen. The Kunselman Team’s focus is to make getting a mortgage a relatively painless process.

Meet the Manager

Shelley and Luke K.

Manager

Shelley– Shelley has enjoyed living in Longmont/​Boulder County for 45 years. After a few part time jobs during the years when her children were young, she began her 32 year career in banking and the financial industry. The most recent 21 years has been in mortgage origination. She has worked for a Savings and Loan, two different Banks, independently as a Mortgage broker and most recently with a Mortgage Banker. The variety of financial institutions has allowed her the opportunity to learn the mortgage business from various sources.

Luke– Luke Kunselman (The Mortgage Master) is a Colorado native. Over the years, he has worked in many fields of mortgage lending from portfolio loans, to sub-​prime mortgages to the current conventional and government loan programs like USDA, VA and FHA mortgages.

The most important role for a Mortgage loan originator is to communicate well to all parties involved in a timely manner and giving the client what they need!
