Business Owner
Grant Buchanan began his culinary career at age 17 as a dishwasher in his hometown of Atlanta, GA. Although his beginnings were humble he knew the kitchen was where he wanted to be. He quickly worked his way up the ranks, and before long was cooking in some of Atlanta’s hot spots.
At that point Grant realized he had a lifelong passion, and to take his career a step further he decided to attend culinary school. So he packed his bags and headed to Paris, France to attend Le Cordon Bleu. He received a double degree in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts, placing in the top five in his class for both.
After a year and a half in Paris, Grant returned to Atlanta to work in some of the city’s top restaurants. His culinary career hit a milestone when he was hired as Executive Catering Chef for Emory University. There he really spread his wings as a chef, creating and executing unique menus for multiple events each day. He also served as personal chef for the President of Emory University, having
