I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to the dirt I walk on, They sell lemon cars, and the warranty they sell with the lemon car covers nothing after the car breaks down 2 months after buying. They offer no help after the car is broke down on the side of the road. Never again will I ever buy a vehicle from this dump of a dealership!

Do not go to these dirty cheats. They misquoted the price of the car, misquoted the fees and by the time we were close to signing the papers the price of the car had gone from 5999… Original quote… To. Over 9000 with no reasonable explanation. Once they knew we were already financed and set in our budget the cars they offered to show us were sub par whereas before they knew we were financed they were showing us a different calibur of vehicle entirely. I will NEVER set foot on this lot again and I recommend you don’t either.

I wish I would have read some of these comments before we purchase a car from them. Not really high pressure but I wouldn’t purchase from them again. First issue, they left the sticker on the car until the papers were signed and the check was written. On the drive home my son called and said the windsheild was cracked right where the sticker was. After a few not so nice phone calls, the sent safelight to repair the windshied (this is why the got 2 stars instead of 1). The place where you put the license plate was rigged to stay up with their Frontline plate over the top. This dealership is just not an honest dealership.

Pros
— The price posted was mostly fair, assuming the car does not have any mechanical problems. They generally do NOT mark up their car that much, so there was a little room for negotiation. We had to leave the place twice and negotiate over the phone three times before agreeing on a price. It was on a subaru outback between 2005 – 2009.
Cons
— Bring the car to a mechanic shop (one that does not sell cars to reduce bias) for an inspection because the dealer is likely NOT going to be upfront about any engine issues and will tell you that everything is fine when they did the inspection (not true usually).
— The independent mechanic shop told us of a few issues that turned out to be true, and when we brought it to the attention of the dealer, they down-​played the cost of the repairs and insisted that they were easy to do ourselves for cheap. The dealer was wrong. The repair needed specialized tools that commoners like us did not have, and so after many hours of dismantling and re-​assembling of car parts, we ended up needing to have a mechanic shop perform the repairs after all. Keep in mind that we have a fair knowledge of car mechanics and perform all the maintenance work ourselves on our cars.
— We had to ask them to look for a second key, which they found and gave us, but would not have done so if we did not ask. Also, some car keys are very expensive, so do your research and don’t take their word that it will cost 50 dollars for a hardware store. Some keys can be many hundreds of dollars.
–The sales people can be rude. They focus more on wholesale and not customer service. It is a little rough, but you can play hard ball back. I imagine it is more of an east coast demeanor. No frills and such. Only serious business.
We suspect that our windshield wiper fluid was simply water. Make sure to drain and refill with appropriate de-​ice wiper fluid. We were pretty disappointed when we realized this when driving in a snow storm and only water was spraying.
Overall
— Buying a car from any dealership is a tough task. They all will try to take advantage of you. At least at this place, you can play hard ball back by having the car inspected and then if no major repairs are needed, you can negotiate a little bit for a fair price. Beware of a car that has major repair issues because the dealer may not disclose that to you and any free warranty is probably worthless when you read the fine print (which no dealer is willing to provide you prior to purchase). Holy cow– don’t even consider stopping here! I wish I could give it negative stars.
We have spent a few days now browsing for a specific car, and sure enough, they had it. We stopped in and it was like we were more of an annoyance than customers. The «salesman» told us to look elsewhere else, and that he is not willing to make a deal on this model. It was like he didn’t want us to buy it! Look somewhere else?! Seriously?! Not to mention how rude he was acting the entire time. He wouldn’t even walk to the vehicle with us. Ha! What a joke.
Needless to say we took his advice; we will be looking elsewhere and spending our $ elsewhere as well.

In search for my son is 1^st vehicle an we were referred to Frontline. Very friendly staff an Zach the finance Mgr, was excellent with the financing an very patient an explained everything we needed to know. Week after my son bought his 2002 jeep cherokee he had problems with the motor. I called Zack right away an he informed me if I could get it to them he would take care of everything. Which ended up with having to take the entire v8 motor out of a jeep. After all was done the dealership for sure was over their head an lost out on their money. End result jeep running good an I will be a returning customer an refer every one, Thank you Zach.

On Saturday, August 23^rd, 2014 I signed a Loan Agreement with Justin Smith, a salesman at Frontline Auto Brokers, which, for some reason I didn’t get a copy of, it was all such a flurry of paperwork and kind of a rush to get me out the door.
I gave them a $ 2,000 cash deposit and I was told that the loan was approved for the balance of the cost of the vehicle with the Colorado Credit Union. I provided exactly what they asked for — two months of bank statements, and my ID.
My payments were supposed to be $ 277/​month and my interest rate was 16.99%, high because I am recovering financially. The first payment being due on September 23^rd, 2014. When I asked for information about the Credit Union, I was told that I would be receiving a payment booklet in the mail. I then said that I wanted disability insurance on the loan, and Justin said that I would have to talk to the Credit Union about it. So, we talked quite a bit about the loan.
So, I drove off the lot, and pulled over a block away, and called Justin, the salesman at the dealership, and said that I was having second thoughts and I wanted to cancel the transaction. I felt like he never went over the vehicle with me, and all he was only interested in making the sale and closing the deal — he didn’t care about me at all. He said to me «Sorry lady, it’s too late, the vehicle is yours. You can’t reneg on the deal.»
Then, on Tuesday, August 26^th, four days AFTER I signed the loan agreement, and purchased the vehicle, I received a frantic telephone call from Justin, saying that he needed two years of my tax returns for the loan to go through. He said that he needed the documents immediately. I told him that I was working and couldn’t get them to him right way. I would mail them to him, and he asked me to take photographs of my tax returns and send them to him. I said no, I’d mail them and they would receive them in day or two.
Well, they left me alone on Wednesday, but on Thursday I started receiving harassing phone calls from both Justin and the owner of the dealership, Lau Kolanda, saying that there is NO LOAN, that the dealership owns the vehicle and I am in default! I saved all of the voicemails. I finally answered one call and said that I DID in fact send them the documents they requested, and Justin said that they hadn’t received them. I said that I had no control over the USPS, and that they would probably receive them tomorrow, and to leave me alone. I then started to receive phone calls from the owner, saying that he was going to have the vehicle repo’ed! I finally called the owner back and said «If you want this truck back so badly, I’ll drop it of by 10am tomorrow, and I want my FULL deposit back.» He said that it doesn’t work like that.
I dropped the vehicle off, and took a friend with me. The owner was as rude to my friend as he was to me. He was totally unreasonable. He said he wouldn’t return my $ 2,000 deposit «because he didn’t like my attitude.»
I will be filing charges with the BBB, and the Attorney General as the dealership is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act by saying I had a loan, and then saying I didn’t, and then refusing to refund my deposit when I returned the vehicle.

Not thrilled but not completely upset about it.
