We used them to install our fence. All was well at the beginning of the transaction. The sales guy, Adam, was responsive and pleasant. Then the weeks ticked by (after paying the ½ deposit) — they claimed they were just waiting for the town permit, but in light of the rest of the transaction I doubt that. Adam told us the foreman would call us to schedule the job (he never did), finally pinned them down to a day then they didn’t show up until 4pm then next day, a Friday, so yet another weekend without a fence. The next day the crew cut a 4″ section out of our irrigation line (wish I could post a picture to the review). The foreman told my husband that I never told him there was an irrigation line there. Not only had I informed the foreman of the sprinkler system, I showed him pictures of where the trench had been dug for the line and the end of the fence ran right in-​between the sprinkler control box and water shut-​off. The foreman told me they would dig that area by hand — guess not. When the line was severed the crew just stood there as water gushed down the hill (shut off valve within in arms reach) and instead of saying «we’re sorry, it’s a really easy and cheap fix… here’s what you need» the comment was «the paperwork says we are not responsible» and Adam… never returned our calls. So unprofessional! Issues can arise on any job, but it’s how a company handles them that matters. The fence does look nice, but after it was completed I’ve spoken to several other landscapers who were similarly priced and actually do the work themselves. Our job took 3 days and the foreman was the only person who I saw more than once. The wire was cut erratically and thankfully I was at home during the installation to point out where there were big gaps. They didn’t ask for sign off at completion or even tell me they were done. Another example of their business practices, invoice (which took over a month to receive) is due within 15 days else they charge 19% interest. I will not be recommending this company to our neighbors.

I’m not sure about them building a fence for you but I can say that I bought material from here to build my own fence and they were awesome to deal with.
The day I picked up it was raining and when I got home I found that I was a short some pickets. After e-​mailing my sales guy he not only made up the difference but threw in an additional 20 or so for good measure.
I would recommend these guys for material — best price — worked with me and were helpful and polite.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They take your deposit and then don’t show up when they say they will. They will start your job and then not come back the next day and they won’t call or tell you they are not coming. They do not keep their schedule as promised and may not even finish your job. I would give them zero stars if I could. You should use at your own risk!!!
