I can’t say enough good things about Bob. He came highly recommended by a friend who is a builder, so he was the first one I called when my furnace stopped working early one morning.
1) He called me exactly at 8:30am when his business opened. No anxious waiting for a call back. This was great considering it was 13 outside.
2) He took time to chat with me over the phone, asking about the issue. He said, ‘I can be over at 10am, but you may want to try a few simple things before I come over.’ Since I’m handy and the fix was simple, I did what he said and boom, the furnace kicked on.
I’ve dealt with some horrible contractors and Bob is the opposite. it was amazingly pleasant to deal with a professional like him.
