First off, this is not fast by any means. I have been here a few times and it’s never a «quick run to Carl’s». Now if it where because they were making fresh fries, that’s one thing but that’s definitely not the case. The food always tastes like it’s been sitting around for a while. The service is also incredibly unimpressive. Today for example, I pull up with exact change. The young girl opens the window, walks away, then comes back to hand me my bag and take my money at the same time, and before I know it the window’s closed. No «hello», no «thanks for coming», and no «have a good day». This chick literally said nothing to me. I would recommend getting hot food elsewhere.

Carl’s Jr. On Hover has lousy customer service. We stopped there for lunch and ordered three combos. They placed them all in one bag and as we walked to the car the bag split and our order went across the parking lot. When I went in to complain the man in the black shirt said«Well that is the bag we are suppose to use. Oh well sorry.» No compensation for out order that is now spread across their parking lot just have a nice day and thank you for coming. Seriously we lost all the food and all we got was have a nice day! I told him I would take it up with corporate and said okay you do that! Not that they seem to care but we will not return to that business.

The food is always cold. Every Time. I don’t know know why I keep eating here honestly… it’s close to my apartment.

The only Carl’s Jr. In town that gets sweet tea right. The one on Ken Pratt always adds some sort of weird flavor to it and don’t seem to care that it doesn’t taste right. The one on hover is quick, hot, polite, and tastes a lot better. I wish you had a street sign though when I moved here and looked you up it took me a minute to find you. Stand out! Pass out coupons! If you want to stay in business.

I stopped in for a quick lunch before going to some of the local breweries. I had the Super Star with cheese combo and fries. The burger and everything was cooked just right. I would recommend stopping by for a quick lunch.

I know this is a fast food chain, so I’m reviewing to the standard of a fast food chain. I’m not really reviewing the food, but it’s service. On many occasions the workers have messed up my order, and not once have I been apologized to. I go back because I love Carl’s Jr, but these guys have to be more diligent. The one occasion that put off the edge was when I ordered with a coupon a bogo deal for the six dollar burger. They then brought out two fish tacos. I then complained and the cashier showed me a receipt that clearly wasn’t mine showing the fish taco order, smiled, and walked away from me. I was furious, and I showed my obvious six dollar burger receipt as he laughed in my face. I got the right burgers eventually, but this has to stop happening.

YES, I’m reviewing a Carl’s Jr! This chain is so conveniently located right near my neighborhood that I had to make my way over to feed these kiddies for a quick lunch. Now, I’ve never been a HUGE Carl’s fan in Cali, but I didn’t mind their dollar menu & moist chocolate cake which was always a little on the artificial tasting side but still good. Now, in this location or maybe even all Carl’s in Colorado have one tiny issue… pricing! My dollar menu is nowhere to be found. My last 5 bux in cash was burning a hole in my pocket(LOL) and that’s why I went here to grab some cheap eats on the run. I was SO shocked to find out that their spicy chicken sandwich was $ 2 instead of $ 1. No biggies but if you expect to pay a buck per sammie, it comes a bit as a shocker when you see your order on the screen. So, I grabbed the food I ordered anyway. I told my husband what I found out(no dollar menu & higher prices) and he was floored just as I was earlier that day. We talked about how we probably liked their food a whole lot more then usual because of the price. The added dollars & cents to most everything on the menu makes us think twice & if it is even worth it. There are plenty of better places to eat around here. Had I known all this before ordering & getting locked in between cars at the drive –thru, I would have turned around to travel a few more streets over to get to the McDonald’s on Main &19th. They have a cheapy menu & my kids happen to like their lab tested food better. I like you, Carl. but I don’t like you THAT much ;) Ps– There’s nothing fast about this place. They give«fast food» a bad name.

The new memphis burger with bbq pulled pork and a burger… best invention EVVVER! not crazy about the onions but BK isn’t the only place you can have it your way :) I enjoyed the staff who also pointed out that I would receive a free ice cream for trying the new burger. I didn’t take the ice cream because the food was filling but I was grateful to have been offered the bonus, normally if there’s a bonus to be had anywhere people have to ask for it as if they hope you’ll forget. I’m also use to waiting for my tray of food when dining in but the cashier brought it to our table. I wish I remembered the gals name because she truly deserves recognition. Best burger yet, hope they don’t discontinue it or I will be bummed.

Good burger, lousy service(I think they had to thaw the meat first, it took so long). Overall… Meh.

I have always used this restaurant for breakfast on the weekends, but no more. Ordered a five dollar burrito all it contained was hash browns egg and cheese. You needed a microscope to find any bits of ham and no other meat. When I called to notify them, their response was, oh well it’s not our fault. Hmmmm whose fault is it then? I guess me for buying from them. Go down the street to Santiago’s for great breakfast burrito. Forget this place

So I don’t eat a lot of fast food, only occasionally and tonight we decided to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich they have been advertising. I have had all the other chains chicken sandwiches besides here at some point in the past. Well it has been awhile since I have been impressed by a meal and this chicken sandwich was the best I have ever had period. The bun and lettuce/tomato was very fresh and it was very nice to have a good meal after my last several times eating out have been disappointing. Highly recommend it and blows all the other chains chicken sandwiches away. Kudo’s to this place as I have not eaten here in ages and will have to change that in the future.
