My name is Susan Caya. I am a full-​time professional dog walker and pet care provider with a college degree in animal science. Canine Cardio Company was founded with the belief that exercise is one of the key aspects to a happy, well-​balanced lifestyle.

Your dog will be treated as if it is my own. Dogs do smile and I get to see their smiling faces every day. Your dog will be fully exercised and will also benefit from the fresh air and socialization.

I personally provide all services and have recommendations by local veterinarians. Canine Cardio Company is fully insured and a member in good standing of the Longmont Chamber of Commerce.

History

Established in 2005.

While putting in 12 hour days doing my internship at the Florida Horse Park, I had difficulties finding someone to take my dog for outings. I found several people that would come over and walk Bear out to the curb and bring him back in for a treat but that was it. I wanted him to be able to go out for extended walks, fresh air and socialization so that he would be satisfied and tired out rather than being bored and alone all day. Hence, the idea for Canine Cardio Company was hatched! «Dog Walking for a Pawsitive Lifestyle».

After 20 years of owning a telecommunications company in Clearwater, Florida I was ready for a change and wanted to pursue a profession working with animals. It had always been a life long dream of mine. So, once I enrolled my son in college I decided to join him, (good thing because he got me through the math part of it)! I focused my course study on small animal science and equine science and absolutely loved college and love what I do now!
