Service is amazing– very friendly and knowledgable. We typically go for the wine and dinner pairings and are never disappointed. A must in Longmont!

**Long Review** My Mother & I went here this evening(for the 1st time) & arrived a few minutes before 6:00pm. We love wine & really wanted to like this place(it’s 5 blocks from my house). HOWEVER, we sat at the bar & were served by a young man(brown hair, light eyes… never introduced himself or even gave us a name). We ordered drinks(one wine, one Cosmo), which took an inordinately long time to get(5 to 7 minutes). At 6:11pm(the manager checked the ticket) we ordered one soup &2 entrees TOGO. After 40 to 45 minutes, and being purposefully ignored by the male bartender for at least 15 to 20 minutes… I stopped and asked the bartender politely to check on our TOGO order… when he returned he did NOT give us an update, only said they were out of the soup we ordered. Then… at 7:02pm(51 minutes after ordering), I stopped the manager(Tania) & explained the situation. She immediately checked with the kitchen and came back with an update that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes before our TOGO order would be done. Tania politely explained that she was missing a chef tonight but offered to do whatever she could to make this right(continue to wait… cancel the order, buy one of our glasses of wine, ect…). We chose to cancel our food order and just pay for the wine and drinks we had. Tania immediately took my credit card, removed one of the glasses of wine from the check, and took care of the transaction. This was an INCREDIBLYDISAPPOINTING1st time at this establishment, but the manager Tania did everything she could to correct the situation once she learned about it! Wine is great! Excellent Manager!(Thank you, Tania). The Bartender’s service was absolutely terrible :( If the bartender had just moved a little more quickly when getting drinks, and had just notified us of the issue in the kitchen we would have been pleased with our experience & could have made an informed decision regarding ordering dinner TOGO.

I heard about their change ownership and name change in the Longmont Times Call. I went there today and they still had the old«Modena» sign out front of their establishment, but they are calling it BIN46 now. I went in for a quick lunch and sat at the bar. I had their tacos and they was great. There were 4 different tacos; shrimp, chorizo, chicken, and pork(carnitas maybe?), the plate presentation was great, looked amazing. Came with a cup of black beans with a little feta sprinkled on top and a little side salad. I should have taken a picture, but I was so impatient that I dug in immediately. My favorite were the shrimp tacos, but they were all great, I love variety. I ordered at the bar, but the chef Eli came out and served me personally.

Visited last week after hearing about the transfer of ownership… still just as charming. We had the pleasure of having Taylor as our server… she provided great recommendations for both food and wine. The mussels, bang-bang flatbread, shrimp and burrata salad, and shrimp terrine were impeccable. Can’t wait to try more of the new Chef’s creations. My only critique was that there were no pre-set flights, but the owner promised that there was a flight menu in the works and would be out shortly! :) Can’t wait to visit again, especially during Happy Hour. The new changes have made a world of difference. If you haven’t dropped in, then you’re missing out!
