I am not reviewing the rentals or service, I didn’t get that far. I originally emailed the copany for a quote for a 20×20 tent and delivery. I had a prompt response to that. After a couple of weeks I decided on using this company for my event. I emailed again and also called 2 times. I did not receive a response either by email or phone. I have not other chose than to use another company.

We used All Events equipment rental for a party we recently hosted. We did not like the experience and will not use them again. First their folks on the phone were grumpy, not flexible and didn’t seem to care about customer service. It was if they were doing us a huge favor for any item we added and they didn’t want to answer questions. When we had to postpone our event due to weather, they charged us a 40% up charge(our caterer and baker did not charge us). When the delivery person brought the equipment, he would not bring it to our house where the party was hosted because there were stairs. He left all of it outside in front of our garage and when it started to rain, we had to cover it with a tarp. The table was in poor shape and the 20 chairs we rented were dirty & dusty requiring us to clean them. Two things did for well. The table clothes were fine — dry cleaned — and looked good. Also we needed an early Sunday pick up and they came through on that commitment and the pick up person came into the house to get the equipment so that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one star.

Very disappointed in the service I received. Ordered 10 — 30″ bar height tables with table clothes. Paid a premium for the table clothes so we could tie them. The tables were left apart… no one offered nor set them up for us. That was left for us to do. For the cost of the rentals, I was appalled that we had to set them up and take them down ourselves. Not only that, it was never communicated to us that we would NOT be supplied the ties to actually tie the table clothiers. So then what did I pay for if I didn’t even get anything to tie the table clothes with? When called they were rude and said that was our responsibility and there was nothing they could do. Be leery of this place.

All events is the best in the area. We have used them for every event we do(which is a lot) and are never disappointed. Most recently Dan and Chris did my wedding and that was no small feat. The wedding was in a field, and we had to essentially build the venue from scratch. We had 6 tents across two different properties, each with their own feel. One had crystal chandeliers and a beautiful lining. They took us step by step for months as we edited our order and worked to create these spaces. The guests were shocked when they saw how beautiful it was. Gold silverware, perfect linens, and did I mention chandeliers? All events made my wedding. Without them it would not have been nearly as special. Thank you Dan and Chris, you guys are amazing.

I have been working with All Events for the past couple of months and I have had a great experience with them. They have been amazing with our needs and happy to help. They have lived up to their end of the bargain and were pleasant when I had last minute changes. I have feel that they have gone above and beyond. Planning a wedding is not always easy, when I asked questions they provided me with ideas and feedback. What I thought were wedding snafus they worked with me and made me really happy to use them. I have read some of the other reviews and I just don’t see the disconnect coming from the staff. My wedding will be amazing and picture perfect. Thank you so much All Events

Called to place order for glassware. Man who answered, was rude. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by taking the call. I knew exactly what I wanted to order, had no questions… I was told I would get a call back after he was checking stock and never did. Needless to say, I’ll stick with the slightly more expensive company in town that offers top of the line customer service.

They provided a tent, tables and other items for a wedding. All of the materials were fine and they set up on time, but they damaged the property when removing everything. When confronted, they initially denied responsibility and eventually offered to pay an arbitrary half if we got the quotes and contracted for the repairs. Call me old fashioned, but I expect companies that come onto a private residence to be responsible when they create problems. I can’t recommend a company with poor business ethics.

Here’s what they did right: Everything got to the venue OK and looked the way we expected it to. The venue staff dealt with their staff, so I have no idea about drop-off and pick-up. Here’s why they only got 2 stars: A month-ish after putting down a deposit, they charged the rest of the amount without consulting us. This was no small sum and we had planned to put it on another card. We didn’t realize that giving them our credit card number gave them free rein to charge us. This could have been our mistake, and we honestly would have overlooked it IF they had been at all responsible about fixing it. When we called a week later to ask them to put it on a different card and refund the first card, Dan was not remotely apologetic or even polite. He got the new credit card information and said it would take 5 – 7 days before it was back on the first card. To be clear, this was on August 31st. Around September 17th we got tired of waiting for our money. So we called to ask. They didn’t even have the second credit card number on file. So, I am not sure what Dan did with it after I gave it to him, but clearly it was not what I asked him to do. They blamed the delay on the flood, which was troubling because it should have been resolved by the 1st of September. So, lesson learned: At All Event Rentals, you have no idea what will be done with your credit card information(too much or too little?) And you can expect rude and disorganized customer service.
