Cathy is one of the supervisor here, She is rude, irresponsible and hangs up on you when she makes mistakes and wants to lose you. This place made so many mistakes that I had to make a phone call hundred times and still did not have my package. So I had to return and refund my purchase. Terrible work.

Beware!!! Ups has dropped the ball on even trying to compare to any other delivery service. If your address isn’t correct they will not even contact you to help figure out the problem. My package just sat in their warehouse with no help. Don’t even try to call customer service. They are completely inept. The last I had shipped thru them had issues as well. They do one thing at their company, and they are terrible at it.

Open later and more conveniently-​located than other UPS warehouses I’ve had to visit, so that’s a huge plus. Having once had to take a subway all the way to Canarsie to pick up a PC tower case I ordered, it’s good to know that now if I have to visit one of these god-​awful places, it’s at least on my way home. Please note that a New York state photo ID is required if you are picking up smartphones or electronics.

I never had any trouble when I went here to get a package. Honestly, the location is a little better because the 7 train and the G train is within 5 to 8 blocks. Unlike the Maspeth location that was pretty much driving only unless you wanted to carry a package on a bus?
I did notice that even if you had ID and the name on the package was you that they wouldn’t let you retrieve it. People from NY always have a different address on their ID. Depending on which person helps you it doesn’t matter what your address says I noticed.

I called 718 308 8052 and spoke with Rob. WORST «supervisor» I have ever encountered. He’s extremely unprofessional, I’m not even sure why they have him answering the phones and dealing with the public. He has a horrible attitude, and is not helping me at all. He actually put me on hold 4 different times while I was trying to explain my situation. He absolutely has changed my perspective of UPS as a brand, because his values are clearly not associated with providing decent customer service, not to mention helping me figure out how to receive my package. I’m disgusted.

Does NOT accept packages but will give them out if you have the tracking number, photo ID and letter addressed to you at that address (if your driver’s license doesn’t have your current address).
You may find a UPS driver in the lot who will take pity on you and accept your packages.

This is the third time I had ups deliver a pkg to my 89 yr old mother and they leave in out on the stoop. The last time they left an expensive box of flowers out in the rain. My mothers neighbor just happened to see it laying out there at 11:00 at nite. Piece of shit can see it’s an elderly community, how would they like their elderly mother to be treated like that. Love to give them an old fashioned Bronx beating…

Ups is a shit service, a fact the is well known but what made it even shittyer is you cant pick up you packages during weekend. I mean is it really that hard. Does it take that much work?

UPS shut down their Maspeth location and moved those packages to LIC. This change affects Sunnyside and Astoria people as well.
Not far from the Hunters Point 7 Train stop, this warehouse is not exactly in the nicest part of town but I didn’t feel unsafe. Females may feel differently thought I suppose.
12 PM to 8 PM are pickup hours most days. Note that you have to have an ID or paper that matches the address on the package, and that only you can pick it up.
My experience was great though, I had no problems and got my package quickly. The guy working there could not have been nicer. Hope they keep this up as customers will not be happy to deal with this change.

One of my packages came to this location because I was not home to sign for it. According to the person i talked to on the phone, the one in Maspeth closed down.
I was told to come here by 8pm. I showed up at 7:30pm and luckily my truck driver had already returned and I was able to pick up my package with EASE! No lines, no hassle, nothing. It was very smooth. Person at the desk helping me was very nice. I gave them 4 stars because of the service and allowing me to pick up my package before they re-​opened at 8pm.
