Special Events: S Prime restaurant seats 100 and has 3 Private Rooms and 1 fully stocked bar available for corporate events and/or VIP parties on the second floor. 2 Private dining rooms each seat 15, 1 dining room seats 40. History
Established in 2012.
The owners of S PRIME, S Hospitality Group, have been bringing unique dinning and nightlife experiences to Queens for more than 15 years. They have over 50 years of combined experience serving discerning customers and this wealth of knowledge has been poured into the development of this concept. With S PRIME, all of the beloved culinary traditions of a true steakhouse have been fused with the modern look, feel and amenities guests have come to expect.
Executive Chef Joel Reiss was born and raised in Queens, and has always had a passion for cooking. He began his professional career at the age of 16 as a line cook for World Yacht Cruise Line in NYC. and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island.
He has held senior positions in some of the most distinguished restaurants in New York including Park Avenue Café, Smith and Wollensky, Maloney and Porcelli Steakhouse, The Odeon, and Orsay and Artisinal.
