The rates are high, but it is NYC… they showed up exactly on time and fixed several complicated issues successfully in a reasonable amount of time. They’re also up with the times, and use email/​texts for scheduling, contracts, and instant billing. I would definitely use them again.

This company is always a few hours late. In addition the workers rarely know what is going on when they arrive and they even try to secure dates with pretty girls onsite. Not cool.
