HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I was returning some items that were never used so the girl at the cashier offered me store credit. Which was perfect because I was purchasing some more items. The logical thing to do when someone is getting store credit is to use it towards their new transaction. This was NOT the case for me. She proceeded to charge me full price WITHOUT my store credit being used. Instead she ASSUMED I wanted the store credit in a separate receipt WITHOUT asking me. When I asked if I could have used my store credit she said it was too late and was not trying to be helpful AT ALL. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location.

I called previously to ask if dogs are allowed in the store and they said yes. I come in with my dog and the security guard says dogs are not allowed 15 mins. in. I basically wasted my time coming here. Staff and security need to align on their policies.

I needed to grab a few things to complete my Halloween costume and ended up here on two separate occasions. On both occasions the I had a ton of assistance is getting what I wanted even though it was crowded with all types of people trying to get Halloween costumes together. I never had to look to hard to find an employee that worked here to ask a question and I was in and out of the place very quickly.

Huge, well organized, spacious, well stocked and clean. You can pretty much find any party supply you need there, as well as some new things that you didn’t know you needed. The prices are average. You can find some things cheaper at Deal$ or at the 99 Cent stores, but for one stop shopping, you can’t beat it.

This store location is huge, clean and very organized. They have a huge selection of inexpensive greeting cards and a colorful variety of party supplies. On my most recent visit, I got there about 20 mins til closing and the staff was rushing me out. That wasn’t cool, but I’ll let that slide this time lol. But if it happens again, I would consider downgrading my rating.

I absolutely loved it here! They have a variety of things to purchase from to fit all of your party needs. What made my experience here wonderful was this employee named rianon. She was simply aamazing. I needed help picking out decorations for my party but she was so informative that she ended up basically making my party for me! Super helpful and friendly, full of energy made my experience here worth rembering. I will surely be a frequent customer here.
