What a hidden gem! A group of friends and I went rafting down the Chattooga River last weekend and then stayed here afterward. It is locally owned and the owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! The Lodge has a restaurant and full bar so we enjoyed a yummy dinner after a long day on the river. They offer rooms at the Lodge or outdoor campsites — we camped on site #14, which was amazing I might add. It was right next to a creek, had a fire pit, a shelter and even electricity! Also, the bath houses on the property are clean and easily accessible. In addition, there are many white water rafting outfitters, hiking trails and waterfalls nearby if you’re looking for some adventure. We will definitely be back!!!
