The dealership did an excellent purchasing job when I purchased a Harley… was greatly enhanced by Tom page. Thumbs up to Mel and Kevin and all the people in service. I was treated with great respect and care and have been back many times for accessories and clothing and of course regular service I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

Great Dealership! Eddie was great in getting the deal done and making sure my bike was delivered properly. They are one of the few dealership in NJ that don’t charge a Dealer Documentary Fee. I would buy from them again, unless the New Owners change things.

I see some bad reviews here but they were the total opposite of my experience, especially with Tom Page. I scouted out a few HD dealerships to get an Iron 883 which will be my first motorcycle and my first time riding. I kept on coming here before actually getting my bike. I got my helmet here, i get a genuine warm welcome. As for the staff, I’ll tell you more later. I asked if they provided motorcycle riding lessons but they referred me to a MSF riding class. After I completed that, they were ready to sell to me and get down to business. Before selling you a bike, they want to make sure you can ride or if you’re a first time rider they encourage the MSF class (but they don’t pressure you into it). If you can’t complete the class, you’ll be wasting their time because the class will determine if riding a motorcycle is for you. I’m seeing reviews that bash this place and recommend the Liberty Harley in Rahway but the service I had in Rahway can’t be compared here.
The staff: They’re all great. If you know how to understand people’s personalities and character, they’re great people. These guys are bikers first, retail second but they don’t say it; they prove it. I see that people here had a bad experience with Tom Page. Tom Page is the sales person that sold me my bike. He doesn’t give you BS and he doesn’t try to honeydick you. He just gives it to you straight up. He doesn’t pressure you. He’ll deliver more than what he promised. Eddy is very chill and cool too. He gives you no BS too. He provides most of the welcoming atmosphere. Keith is a good salesman too. I got my estimate from him and try to get the price as low as he can. My co-​worker referred me to Tom Page so I kept pushing for Tom Page even though Keith was trying to sell me the bike I want. I kinda feel like a dickhead about that because Keith was very accommodating and wanted to sell me the bike (sorry, my bad). Everyone in motor clothes, parts and accessories, and the garage have been amazing. If you wanted to ride with the staff members, ask for Pete. Very chill guy and he’s also looking get young Harley riders together to get a group ride. If you want to know about motorcycle events in the tri-​state area and greater, he’s the one to ask.
The store itself is great. They don’t overprice their products unlike some other Harley dealership I know. It’s unfortunate that they got bought by another another Harley dealership whose service is not too accommodating and is focused more on the business aspect rather than the biker and motorcycle bike life. This place is real and is worth the drive.

If your closed on Memorial Day, which I totally support, put something on your website or on your voicemail. Unprofessional at best and a total waste of my time.

Not a pleasant experience with sales/​finance manager Tom Page. He was very cranky and unhelpful, be was the reason that we decided to give our business to liberty Harley in Rahway.
On a positive note, Eddie the sales rep was a nice guy though he couldn’t match on price.

Purchased my new bike here after hearing more gleaming reviews. Rang them up, told them what i wanted, and they made it happen.
Eddy in sales is the kind of person that will rise in the business and someday open his own dealership — tell him Chris B sent you, and he’ll work with you like you imagine someone working with you back when people were honest ;P
Big Chris in parts is the kind of person that will tell you straight what’s going on and how it needs to be dealt with. When $$$$$ is on the line, that’s a real testament to the quality of his character. Couldn’t help but hit it off with this guy.
If you’re looking for a HD in the area, make Long Branch your first stop.
And unlike most dealers, they do demo rides. And often. Yes, seriously.
