the masters of price gauging and the classic«bait and switch». signed up for an $ 89 Angie’s list drain cleaning deal. when«Pete» got there he said the trap needed to be replaced — at a cost of $ 300+. I’ve replaced traps myself — its a 20 – 30 minute job at most and the parts are about $ 5 at Home Depot. what so they charge, $ 1,000 an hour? Not the first time they gave me an outrageous prices — I thought this time it might be better — $ 89 for a drain cleaning seemed OK — I guess I should have expected they’d pull something like this. Oh, BTW, when I called to complain, I spoke to several«management» people” each less helpful and more rude than the next. and I had to listen to their infomercial on hold — more than 10 minutes. they should be investigated. The Unilocal one star rating says it all. I can’t understand how they stay in business. I guess by preying on the uninformed and gullible.

4 minutes of work and a $ 10 part for $ 267?! Seriously? That is disgusting.

Matt our service tech was sent to reevaluate my A/C problem. He spent a very long time testing my system to find the issue. He felt 98% sure he found the solution to fix my top of the line 6 year old Carrier unit. Matt saved me a good amount of money and replaced the part. A J Perri may not be the cheapest but they stand behind their service. They are very prompt for appointments and have service 7 days a week.
