Gabriel’s Towing & Repair

These guys have the AAA contract in the Monmouth County Area. I waited for over 2.5 hours one cold freezing afternoon. AAA gives you the same line… the wait is about an hour. When you call back after waiting over 2 hours, they tell you that the truck is about 10 minutes away. Half an hour later, the truck finally shows up. I told the driver that I had been waiting for over 2.5 hours. He apologized and said that he «didn’t know». Know what?! He didn’t say that he was on another call. Nice enough guy and he didn’t ask me to repeat all the info that I had already given AAA. That’s why I gave them 2 stars, otherwise it would have been one star. Two and a half hours is just waaaaaay to long to wait no matter what the season, temperature, time of day, etc. Somewhere along the line the communication between AAA and their contractors just isn’t working. I’ve never waited less than an hour for a truck from AAA.
