3M Melo Hardwood Floors

My husband and I are THRILLED with our floors! The brothers came in and walked around with us for over an hour to reassure us we were making the right choice! The attention they gave us was one of the best quality about them! With our house being over 100 years old they were the only ones to know which types of wood we had on our floors and the best way to get the job done! We’ve recommended them to all of our new neighbors! Thank you!!!

I’ve never written a review before but had to mention how outstanding these guys were! My husband and I just purchased a new home and I was in charge of securing someone to do our wood floors. I must’ve called about 5 people before I spoke with them. Not only were they knowledgeable but extremely polite as well. They offered to come by and give us an estimate free of charge. When they arrived and we spoke I new right away they were the right ones for the job. Needless to say I was right on the money. It took a couple of days and every day they were supposed to be here they were ON TIME. They explained everything in detail and offered suggestions at our request. Once the job was completed they made sure everything was spotless before leaving. I’ve added them to my list of contacts and would never use anyone else to either sand or install my hardwood floors.

Recently had my floors done by 3M Hardwood Floors. Initially, I was impressed by their professionalism and how organized they were. They quickly came to my house when I needed them to re-​sand and replace certain rotten parts of the floor. However, they were quick to start adding on additional services that would cost $ 400 – 500 for each additional item. I was not at all happy about that because they saw the job upfront and could have easily suggested what was later additional work. $ 1,000 later, the additional work was sloppy and damaged the walls with the finish, for which I had to pay the painters extra to fix.
Their professionalism, friend recommendation, and low estimate is what got me to accept their offer. I have had better flooring service before that did not add on all the extras and was upfront on the costs. I prefer to know ALL the costs upfront and not be bait and switched half way through.

Mauricio and his crew were very personable, professional and top quality. From start to finish they were clean and respectful and demonstrated true passion for their work. I recently had about 700 square feet of engineered wood floors installed as well as the treads of my staircase restored. I am very happy I went with 3M as the floors and stairs look incredible! I cannot wait to show them off when I have guests. I highly recommend Maurcio and his crew to anyone looking for top quality at the right price. Thanks again!
