Very happy with service. Just saved us form paying $ 800 unnecessarily to Sunrise Volkswagen for our Tiguan. Excellent, friendly service. Even helped out with issues on our 65 Mustang. Thank you Bobby!

Was a loyal west end customer from 2008 until pretty recently. Around irish day I had an incident there and I decided not to go back. So I just went and got my oil changed in a new location and was told that my oil filter had NEVER (not once!) been changed. I took my car to west end from 2008 – 2014 for EVERY oil change and EVERY time I was charged for a new filter and they never once replaced it. I’m so disappointed for a local long beach business that treats loyal customers in this manner. I will NEVER go back and I will do everything to stop others from being robbed by these crooks.
