I have led a field marketing team out here that used VanCo as our warehouse space. Ed, the owner, is like family to me now. He is so endearing and sweet and runs a tight ship. The warehouse is sparing clean, and he got an exterminator over immediately when we just found a couple ants! He is on top of it! His assistants, including Margaret and Dwayne, go above expectation with helping you with anything you need… forklift services, lifting a heavy object, etc. I have celebrated birthdays with them and holidays. They treat you like you’re part of the family and not just another paying tenant. I would recommend this warehouse space to anyone!
