Urban School of Self Defense was the right move for my family. I have all 5 of my kids in the class ages ranging from 4 – 14 since January of 2015. They teach the children self confidence, respecting themselves and others, discipline and most of all self defense. My children love going to class every week! And I can forget the women class that I attend every Sunday. This class empowers the women teaching them that you can gentle but still have power to protect yourselves.
