Be prepared to wait an 1hr+ past your actual scheduled appointment. Bring something to keep you occupied. A book. A couple apps. Snacks. Something. Hands down, the SLOWEST office I have ever been to in my life. I was sent her for Work Comp. so I’m not surprised. Also, I guess they hold forms in one of the patient rooms so, you’ll be sitting there and people will be in-​and-​out about a billion times while you’re there. My doctor on the other hand, AMAZING. He really knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable.

Make sure you have a full charge on your smart phone! You will be waiting for at least a hour past your appointment every time! Girls in the office are always nice but the doctors are funded by the state so they are just going through the motions and don’t care! Their $ is guaranteed and it shows! My work comp sent me here! I wish I could just go to my doctor and use my insurance! I hope this is my last visit to this hell hole! Worst worst worst! Don’t try their LA office either! Just as bad! Haven’t tried their 3^rd office. Hope I never do! If you are here I’m sure it’s because you have no other choice like me. Just be ready to WAIT!!! BS!!! I’m talking about Dr Katzen by the way! No organization!!! Zombies! Going through the motions!

Every time I come here, the wait to see Dr Katzen is unbelievably LONG!
Today’s a different story though… I’ve been getting a phone call for my next appointment and how I have to follow up with them to confirm my appointment. I did that yesterday and they said yes I have an appointment today at 7am! I thought well maybe they’re already here waiting to open the door. Yeah right! Wishful thinking. I think they need to have a meeting to organize their staff and Dr. Currently standing outside the Dr office waiting to go in.
Oh, an office staff just showed up. Wait he doesn’t have the keys to go in! Really?! I hope today’s my last appointment and I don’t have to follow up with this Dr again. Delays, delays!

Very nice assistants. Doctors are nice, caring, easy to talk too. I’m happy with their service.
