Highly recommend location. Very professional, relaxing, and clean. I’ve had a massage from Nydia and Greg both are excellent massage therapist.

I found this place because a friend gave me a groupon certificate for a 60 minute massage. Nidia has miraculous hands! I’m feeling amazing after that Swedish massage. Entrance is through the back of the building. The main street entrance is closed during the weekends.

I feel pretty disappointed that I have to write this review, but hopefully in the end it will help the business change some things because I believe it has potential. I bought a Groupon deal for a 60 minute massage. The male receptionist was very nice over the phone and in person. I was paired up with a male massage therapist because there were no females available for the time I wanted to go in. No problem.
The reason for my visit was some intense upper back and neck pain after sleeping wrong. The pain had been there for about a week. I let my massage therapist know of this right away.
The massage started out fine with a little bit of conversation to ease into the massage. But then this guy kept talking, and talking, and talking, and talking. For the entire hour massage!!! I couldn’t relax for a second!!! This guy would not stop talking. I started to try to respond as little as possible saying things like exactly, yeah, that’s funny. But he would go a few seconds and then start up again! Not only that, he would stop what he was doing and start making hand gestures, or motions on my back and legs in the middle of the massage. He also commented about the small size of my feet and hands and held my hand up to his to show me, while I’m naked under a blanket on my back. It was SO unprofessional. Of course I want to be pleasant and nice and make some small talk at first, but dear god, the ENTIRE HOUR. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed and like the areas I asked him to target were not taken care of at all.
I feel like this business should refund me, or have a very strict talk with this massage therapist. I’d be happy to give them his name. I give a two star because I know they all mean well and mistakes happen. But this is a professional industry with standards and this was absolutely unprofessional and subpar.

I bought a message on Groupon. I was little skeptical when I arrived because the lobby looked like a Dr’s office. But I went to the back I found wonderfully relaxing room. Greg was my masseuse and he was wonderful. Best message I’ve had so far. I had the Swedish hot rock massage and scalp message. I would definitely return.

I have tried countless massage therapists always leaving feeling mediocre, NOW I have a weekly or bimonthly massage with Sean and the search is over.
I always tell him to do whatever technique he feels to help relieve my muscle tension and knots and he uses multiple techniques. I always leave the massage feeling lighter, happier, and most importantly looser. Sean is by far the most talented massage therapist I have ever been to.
VIP package offers 60 minute massages for $ 45, what a steal!

I got my first facial service here with Francesca in March, the skin care specialist. It was nice and soothing and relaxing, i had only been getting facials every so often maybe one every 6 months or so. But when i really noticed that I loved it was the next day and few days after I got a facial from her. I noticed a big difference in my skin, it was clear and had regained that sort of natural glow, not kidding, so worth it. I went back in April and same thing, just super soft, clear healthy skin again. No breakouts. I will probably be going to her every month now because for the first time I really see results and Francesca is very good at what she does. I paid $ 55, not sure if that promotion price is still going on but it’s very much worth it!

The best facial ever!!! Francesca did a really good job on me, it was so relaxing, she is very nice, knowledgeable, I recommend her touch of beauty. You will walk out of there renewed.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give 0. This place was not anything like what it is advertised to be. I purchased a Groupon for a 1 hour massage. The website clearly advertised this place as «Spa,» but BEWARE it is NOT!
I first arrived to the building looking for a spa, but none in sight, when I found their office, it was not a spa, but a Drs office. The inside was cold and uninviting, the smell reminded me of being sick as a child and sitting in a pediatricians office, the man sitting at the reception was wearing a white lab coat and the «therapist» that came to greet me was wearing scrubs. Not only that, he was cold and made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no way I would have been able to relax in an environment like that. I walked right out and the business still redeemed my Groupon, even though I did not receive any services.
If you are looking for the spa experience DO NOT GO HERE. This company’s website is deceitful and assuming. It is not what it pretends to be.

I come to this place weekly to see Marcos, the best massage therapist. EVER. He will provide deep disuse massage and focus on real problem areas. This is not just a superficial massage that you get at any ordinary spa or massage envy, this is TRUE massage therapy. Marcos has really helped with the pain and discomfort in my shoulders. He is amazing. You may feel a little sore the next day, but you will feel amazing afterwards!

We got a coupon booklet and my Mom and I decided to do the B1G1 Free Smooth Rock massage. She called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at 3pm. The proprietor called us TWO times, once to confirm the appointment and another time to change the time and to inform us that there were not two female masseuse’s available at the same time for us to have our massages at the same time. We changed our time to 2pm that same Saturday to accommodate the change in availability.
We arrived at the place and the male masseuse was available to take my mom for her massage and I was told that my masseuse would be available in a couple minutes. I never got an update on the availability of my masseuse. She finally came out at 2:30, for a 2pm appointment. The masseuse, Tatianna, came out at 2:30pm to announce that she was ready for me and I said that I didn’t want the massage anymore as my appointment was for 2pm. All she had to say was «Ohh…» and then disappeared, then she left for the day. I didn’t want my Mom to wait after her massage.
The person at the front desk said nothing to me about my masseuse and when she would be available. Not a sorry, didn’t offer to reschedule or anything. After my Mom was done with her massage, come to find out she didn’t get the scheduled Smooth Rock Massage, she got a Swedish massage instead. I don’t understand how there could be such miscommunication when there were 3 conversations about having massages at the same time and both have Smooth Rock Massages.
Bottom Line: I do NOT recommend this place.

I had two coupon voucher books for $ 59.95. It was a great deal for my husband and I to use. Unfortunately I misplaced the booklets for the year. HA! We only were able to enjoy one «free» massage, but it was great. The rooms are really nice and the staff was friendly. We both had different people work on us and left feeling relaxed. Again, wish I had used their services.

Thank’s to Alex for making our face so fresh and clean. Loving her custom made organic mask, cream and the cleanser. And thank’s for the advice about Tantalum. You are right, it’s the best. Me and my Fiancé is loving the TeaTree… Faces are becoming more clearer…

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this facility.
I was visited by a door to door salesperson who was selling books of vouchers for $ 59.95. He explained this was part of Dr. Johnson Brock’s Community Appreciation Program; a way of promoting his new chiropractic and spa business in the community. I purchased the voucher book and decided to start by using my voucher for «ONE FREE BODY WRAP».
I first made an appointment for Friday afternoon. Later that day I received a call asking me to change the appointment to Saturday. I agreed. My Saturday appointment was for 11:00 AM. At 10:15 Saturday morning I was called and asked to change the appointment time to noon, as the esthetician needed time to warm the water. I again agreed. When I arrived at noon, I still had to wait because the esthetician had to warm the rags. (I thought that’s what she did between 11:00 and 12:00.)
After all of this somewhat unprofessional behavior, I finally got into the room with the esthetician and removed my clothing. And AFTER I WAS UNDRESSED LAYING ON THE TABLE, she tells me that the free wrap was not a body wrap as the voucher indicated, but only a partial body wrap and that she only warmed enough linens to do a portion of my body. THAT IS NOT WHAT THE VOUCHER READ. I found this to be so deceitful and misleading that I chose to get dressed and walk out without my procedure.
The sales representative from whom I purchased the voucher book indicated this doctor was offering this Community Appreciation Program in order to promote his new business. But his outreach efforts are ruined by the lack of service actually received at his facility. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Luckily I still had time to cancel payment on the check I wrote for $ 59.95.
