Update. Our marriage certificate arrived from the court one month to date after we got married. Very prompt (I saw a review that someone wrote about it taking awhile so I wanted to say not in our case)
If you want to go to a chapel locally I highly recommend them, it is pretty and they are very good at what they do.

A cute little place in Long beach, everyone was so friendly and nice, Thank You! I would recommend this place for something fast and easy and the décor inside is set up well, and fits quite a few people, they also travel. Thanks again!

The staff was very help full. I forgot the name of the justice of peace, but he was awesome at the wedding. I highly recommend this chapel. They will help you in everyday possible. Again they are very professional and made my special day even more special.

I give up in replying because you keep editing your response here in Unilocal and deleting my screen shot photo’s.
And try to read other people’s 1 – 2 star with this company. Better off finding another place or the court house.
I would like the refund but its a waste of our time to deal with this company really. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Still not admitting their fault.
I am a very happy person and I love life. Pointing this out because I only write bad reviews when they need to be addressed as constructive criticism. I have worked in customer service most of my life – traveled the world and I have trained people on what proper customer service is, this is what I am pointing out in this review.
JESSE AMPARAN (who you will be in touch with most of the time) is rude and doesn’t know how to properly address things in a professional manner, need to be trained to be professional on the phone and how to properly respond to emails. I was asking questions and making sure of specific matters since our case was a bit different, because this is how thorough I am with important facts, esp knowing the bad customer service I am getting, I didn’t want to have to deal with mistakes later on. Who writes an email and have a different name on it??! It clearly says Jesse Amparan in our emails back and fourth.
They made a mistake with the address and blamed it on us. FYI THE WHOLE CONTRACT THAT WE SENT WAS TYPED WRITTEN and we sent it back via email to them. On our end there was no mistake.
Until now (with their comment here on Unilocal) they are still pointing out that WE (my husband and I) sent them the wrong apartment number. (I am very thorough when it comes to paper work esp things that are very important) I attached photo’s of screen shots of emails as proof of this, but they delete it.
Its fine to make mistakes. I would have accepted it if they didn’t blame us for their mistake. If they were professional enough to admit their mistake wrote back an email apologizing and corrected the mistake, then everything would’ve been good. I wouldn’t be writing this review.
The contract said if there was any mistake WE (client) would pay for it. That is why I am pointing this out.
I didn’t have high expectations to this company– i just wanted a decent customer service.

Great place, great DEALS and LOVELY STAFF! yes its a small business but its a great establishment! If you’re looking to «Tie the knot» I would definitely recommend you to put your «Marriage Stress» into their hands because they make it happen so easily and quick (or long if you want). Lovely job guys! Keep up the good work!

This enterprise is like family. They spend time to know you, very friendly and easy going environment, high quality pictures and super professional. If you are looking for a hassle free affordable wedding call the folks at long beach wedding center!

Do yourself a favor and go to the court house it would be cheaper and cleaner. White satin chair pads with questionable stains on them. I didn’t even want to sit down at a wedding I was attending. No parking lot, hard to find parking. Bad part of town.

My husband an I got married at the long beach wedding center on February 17^th 2015. We did it in the back office the simple I do. The guy that did our wedding was very friendly we were talking like we know each other for s long time. We felt really comfortable at this location. The best part of it they are not expensive at all very reasonable prices. The inside of the place is very clean smells good an decorations is on point. We highly recommend this place. Got married last Nov. It was an okay ceremony. The pastor is okay and can really communicate well. But if you get a lower package, on the day of the ceremony, they will ask you several fees as an additional it will turn out, you get the higher package with the same service, i turned it down but then he offered some kind of a copy of the license, well i need it but then he didnt even return the change even i asked for it. No restroom, if your guest needs to use it, you’ll be ask to go the gas station which is 1 km walk. No parking. The marriage contract says you’ll be receiving it 6 – 10 weeks but until now haven’t received it yet. Its the 12^th week. Just be cautious.

My husband and I were married on Saturday, December 27. It was a simple I do ceremony in the back office. The folks at the L.B.W.C., made it so special, we were very pleased with the outcome and we recommend this place to marry over a trip to Vegas. It is small and intimate, and they offer several packages as well as same day marriages. We called on a Friday, there were no appointments available but there was an opening on Saturday which we booked. Had we try to organize a wedding, it would have not turned out as well. Thank you for a lovely experience L.B.W.C.

My bride and I got married on Christmas eve day. It was romantic, well planned and Peter was spot on with paper work, kind words and to give us his time to get to know us personally. This wedding was a surprise to me and I wouldn’t of done it any other way !!! Thank you to everyone who helped me tie the knot.

We recently got married in the long beach wedding center and had a fantastic day. Of course I was extremely nervous about booking a wedding online. From the beginning, the email contact & follow up was excellent. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. They have an the most friendly staff and affordable packages around. Believe me I called them all. I’m not sure what I was expecting but everything turned out great. We got our marriage license and were married on the spot. What more could we have asked for. The Officiant Peter made it seem more personal that I had expected — I couldn’t be happier with the long beach wedding center.
We had a wonderful experience and a great time. THANK YOU!!! I will be suggest you to anyone I know looking to get married.

I contacted this company to get information on their services. The guy who answered the phone lacked serious professionalism. He answered hello and I responded with hello is this the LBC wedding center he states yes pause, So I continue with my questioning he begins spatting out statements that did not answer any of my questions. So I will not be using this company.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience getting married at Long Beach Wedding Chapel! The ease and simplicity of the process was a big plus for both of us. With the nervousness and jitters of a wedding day it was greatly appreciated. We feel Mr. Peter Otto really went above and beyond about making us feel comfortable and even had some great words to leave us with as the ceremony proceeded. We were so very fortunate to have found the Long Beach Wedding Center & Peter to officiate our ceremony. We were pleased with the overall warmth and reception we received from the staff. We were met at the front door and gently guided through the process (excitement level was palpable) on that VERY busy Friday, November 11^th 2011 (11/​11/​11.) We were given full attention and NEVER felt rushed (which is amazing on THAT day) and after our ceremony we were kindly invited by Peter & encouraged to speak with the media. We had just eloped on our 10^th anniversary together!!! Incidentally, my husband declined the media which preserved the intimacy we both desired on our wedding day.)

Meh, I’ve experienced better is right.
If you’re actually not gonna be «Available 24hrs a day 7 days a week» like you advertise, then don’t banner it all over your website.
Because guess what’s that called, false advertising much?

Peter your words during our ceremony really felt like a message straight from God blessing our union. After 10 years together we decided to make it legal and we picked Long Beach Wedding Center and couldn’t have asked for a better wedding location. It was perfect for our very special day. Thank you for making it just right for the two of us. We would both love to go back there in 10 years and have you precide over our vow renewal.
