Don’t ever go to this place, customer service suck. My hand dirty and need to clean my hand first before touching my pants and they fucken give me a hard time.

I have been a loyal customer to Coffee Bean for over ten years. I usually go to a different location, but today I thought I’d try this location since I was passing right by it. Big mistake. I only got about ten sips of my LARGE sweet tea IF that because they added SO much ice. Really? I’ll stick to the Coffee Bean off of Spring and Palo Verde from now on… At least they give me more drink to my dollar.

Love that they don’t use syrups, powders only! If only there were more locations. Amazing teas & hot chocolate as well for non coffee lovers

I stopped by here the other day because I had received a gift card. I had never really been to Coffee Bean before, maybe once or twice a long time ago, so basically it was new to me. I think I got a coffee or something, but I had to get something different this time since I gave up coffee a few months ago. It wasn’t very crowded when I went, around 1pm. I was so clueless about the menu so I had a lot of questions for the lady at the cash register. She was very helpful and nice and patient. I ended up getting a regular size Chai Tea Latte. It was very good!!! Better than I thought it was going to be. However, they put WAY too much ice inside of it. Next time I will say no ice. But other than that it was good and the price wasn’t that bad either(even though I didn’t pay for it. Haha.)

When I want to knock out some work or read a good book I head over to this specific Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. They have a huge patio, which accommodates cigar smoking as well have great service and really good pricing. My large Swedish berries ice tea is only $ 2.99 for 32 ounces. The staff is amazing although there’s been a lot of turnover and so the service isn’t quite as good as it was but it takes time for people to learn what you like.

One of my favorite local spots to get coffee and get some work done! I usually get their ice blended drinks which are always good. Their early grey lattes are also pretty good, and the foam is just right. Vibe: a little loud, there’s a bunch of college students around. Wifi is always reliable. Baristas and cashiers are pretty friendly, last week Jenn and Kim were patient and helped me pick a drink.

My favorite drink at Coffee Bean is the Iced Hazelnut Latte [: I love that they use crushed ice. The barista here was very friendly(I wish I could remember his name). This is a good place to study when it’s not crowded(we came on a Saturday around 8:30PM. Side note: There is tax when you dine in(you get your drink in a nice glass cup though)

This coffee bean apparently doesn’t accept older paper bills. I gave them an older $ 10 bill and they said their machine couldn’t verify it, so they rejected my legal tender and forced me to use my atm card for no real reason. Welcome to the future.

If you come two days in a row they will tow your car. Despite being a customer they will say that you’ve parked there overnight and determine you are a liar because you shop in this center a lot.

Love the variety of flavors which makes it different from Starbucks. I preferably enjoy coffee bean’s tea as opposed to Starbucks. The price is similar to Starbucks but overall better

Dear Coffee Bean, Thank you for being there on the days in which I cannot seem to keep my eyes open. The AM Team has to be the sweetest ever.(I never visit after 11am, so I’m not sure about the later shift crew) They work so well together, and they get the crowd moving quickly. Great customer service, great ambiance and a great staff. I want to thank Brandon for remembering exactly how I like my drink, and for having it ready before I make it to the front of the line to order/pay.(The morning supervisor –Alicia– gal is super sweet too, she has the cutest/hottest accent.)(Levie(lah-vey) is one of the girls there super adorable and sweet. If Brandon isn’t there, I’m glad when she is.) they’re both my favorites! The other staff is friendly, and always seem to be in a great mood. I really like how they remember the«regulars» . I am greeted by name which is pretty cool, I feel like I am officially part of… well part of something, I am not sure of what yet?. This location has a great seating area. Inside: usually occupied by people on laptops. Outside patio: Comfortable seating area. It has a somewhat backyard– feel to it. The outside patio is usually occupied by old dudes having book-reading-meet-ups/bible studies or just chatting away(not sure if I should use the term«chatting» for men). It has a family feel to it in away. You can easily find yourself making conversation, or greeting the others around. It may be the caffeine high. The location is perfect, has tons of parking space, and it is in a shopping center where you can shop/eat/hangout. Anyhow, I love this place and the staff! Sincerely, Large iced coffee*Easy ice* Room for creamer O.

Victor always gets my name right without unnecessary confusion. The drinks are delicious like they are at every coffee bean except they’re made quickly here. I like the way the staff works together so seamlessly here. It makes me smile almost as much as my no sugar added black forest ice blended mocha.

First, I am a fan of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and specifically this location. I prefer Coffee Bean over other coffee locations but this mornings experience leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered my favorite coffee and the amount was deducted from a gift card. I waited several minutes and I was eventually told that a key item of the beverage I ordered was not in stock. I was offered another beverage as well as a full refund. I felt this was fair and went ahead with the alternative beverage. When I received my drink I went to the cashier to get my refund and I was told that the beverage I received was only 10 cents less than the beverage I ordered so no refund would be given. I told the person at the cash register, who I assume was the manager, that the item I received was not the beverage I ordered. She did not change her stand so I left a very disappointed customer. This location can do better when it comes to customer service and for following through on a promised refund.

Came in for a coffee and quick breakfast run for me and some friends. Not from the area, first time here. Coffee was good and I also ordered some greek yogurts which were not all that great, but the salmon dill sandwhich, coconut pineapple muffin and jalapeño bagel were fantastic. Nathan was very helpful and patient with me. Will be back :)

My fave pit stop before errands on Saturday morning or for an afternoon pick-me-up on Sunday funday. All the staff is very friendly. They sure do like their jobs and it shows. They have the tastiest chai tea latttes. Hoping the Coffee Bean App will work soon. I’d love to take advantage of the rewards for being a loyal customer.

Long Beach, CA: Long Beach Traffic Circle: Still another shop NOT accepting the company’s Rewards program! Tables inside and out. Not a large store. In a neighborhood strip mall by a Von’s Market. Keypad entry for restroom. Friendly staff who regularly maintained the tables outside. No drive-through but lots of free parking.

It’s always a good time for a coffee break and this location is top notch. Very clean facility with a helpful and speedy staff. My girlfriend claimed that they made the best Dark Chocolate Mocha she has ever tasted and she was right. She always orders the same drink and this one was amazing. It didn’t hurt that they included a free extra shot of espresso either. I ordered the Café Vanilla and that thing was too sugary for me but it fueled my workout later that night.

Lemme spit a rhyme /Cuz I got nothin’ but time Awwww yeeeee /CB&TL is the place to be Order your drank /The barista you thank Find a seat /Friends you’ll meet If you’re lookin’ to study better bring a buddy! But for real, I like this place. There’s a large community table, a few small tables, and then one 4-seater table. And then there’s seating outside. BUT this place is always crowded! You have to come early before all the CSULB students settle in because they end up staying all day at the bigger tables. Sometimes there’s bums that come in or super shady people that just sit and use wifi without ordering anything all day too. Favorite drink: Iced white mocha coffee. TRUSTME. MMMM. This is what keeps me coming back despite there always being no tables. Oh, and always answer«To Go» when they ask, otherwise you get charged tax. The bathroom is always dirty and so I try my best not to use it while I’m here.
