I always have exceptional service and polite people at the window because I usually only go through drive thru. There’s a guy I believe his name is Chris who I’ve seen a couple times and he’s very good at what he does its noticed!

TAINTED FOOD. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT STOMACH ISSUES. My family has gotten sick off their food 4 times in the past 4 months from this place. Four different family member, four different visits. The cinnamon twists tasted like melted plastic and I called the manager to let them know. I didn’t want my money back, they offered me that, but it was so horrible we couldn’t eat them. My mom went this past weekend and got so seriously sick to her stomach that we have decided never to eat here again. Just to much. Its not worth it.
We haven’t gotten sick from Del Taco across the street so I guess that is my new choice for burritos and tacos fast food. Seriously, don’t take the chance, there must be some sort of laziness or bad meat purchases going on here. Thinking about calling the Health Dept. to report them now.

My NEW fiancé and I went to grab some Taco Bell right after the engagement and Tito couldn’t be more excited for us! He provided us with excellent service and was a staple in such a memorable day for us.

Fast food wants a raise? For what? To continue to mess up my orders?! I go to call to see if I can get a replacement meal for screwing up my order as badly as they did, and no one answers. Maybe Unilocal will do the trick!
What I got: volcano box
What I ordered: volcano box, no meat! beans in place of the meat with volcano sauce on everything.
Where did your screw up? You charged me for extra sauce and gave me meat on everything. You can’t handle the order, don’t work there.

Holy crap just left from here and the lady at the drive thru window was so rude to me she told her other coworker to «handle it’.
All I wanted was light ice in my drink .
I was so pissed off I told her give me my card back and I drove off to somewhere else.
I come here all the time and the management clearly changed. These workers are so rude. You have one job and one job only at least put a fucking smile on.

So against my better judgement I came here after class around 10. The line for the drive thru was super long so we decided to go inside in order. We walk in the doors and stand in line and the cashier says they’re closed on the inside. I asked him «why are the doors unlocked?» And he responds that they are locked. Umm if they’re locked then how did I just walk inside??? I hate this Taco Bell. There are not very many taco bells that I hate.

Came here for a night snack. We are lenting so we asked for everything to be vegetarian no meat. The cashier who took our order was extremely friendly his name is Michael and he heard us talk in our language and hw asked where we were from and started a conversation. The friendliest cashier ever he will be a manger soon i can tell. Excellent customer service he is amazinge he brought our food out to our table!!! Def coming back to see Michael he only works nights

Enough to fulfill my Taco Bell needs to probably the worst one I have been to.
All my food tastes delicious but looks like sh*t. Tacos are messy. And they cannot fold a quesadilla in half… on multiple occasions.

This place was amazing for about a year. Every meal you ordered was picture perfect… now its quite the opposite. My wife and I went here on Jan 18th 2015 and were completely disappointed. There was almost no beef in the taco I got, it was 95% sour cream, which is just terrible.
The standards have gone way down at this location and Im really bummed because they spent a ton of money remodeling the whole place and decided to skimp on the ingredients, employees and quality. You may get your food fast, but its going to be a slop bucket. Avoid at all costs!!!

I would like to start off by saying Tacobell is my life. I could literally live off your food forever. Any who, let’s start this story off in the drive thru. I think your employee has hit the bong 1 – 10 too many times. Ya know what I mean? Like 1 taco short of a combination plate. Anyways after talking to Spicoli via the drive thru speaker I pulled up to the window. Sure as sheet, I was welcomed by a dude with red eyes that would make Willie Nelson blush. After struggling with the register and doing 3rd grade math to figure out the change. he made this visit extra special by botching the whole order. My old lady was pissed the rest of the night because you put sauce on her quesadilla after we requested no sauce. Dude. she’s PMSing… like my life isn’t hell already. Thanks for that jerk. Hats off to you Spicoli. you make an easy job look like rocket science.

parking is packed. Then u walk in to wait while this kid wanna restock lids. then he finally takes my order. I don’t mind remodel its good but why not late at nite. Food good price good service today eh.

For the 17 years that I’ve lived in Long Beach I have never, EVER received the correct order at this establishment. Every time I come here there is always someone new working and they’re always high. Every time I mention that my order’s wrong I get the dirtiest look from the employee… Screw this place. I don’t understand how they’re still in business; they clearly need to change management.

ZERO STARS!
Horrible experience. Discriminated against because of my special needs grandson. No management present, I’ll-trained employees who laughed when an old man harassed us and we were so rudely treated. Only 3 college kids who were eating there came to our defense. Taco Bell does not support the families who have been faithful to them over the years! Does not support families with children with special needs. So disappointed.

This Taco Bell blows. The Mexican pizza is only a shell of what it used to be. It’s now just the shell, some meat, topped with a little cheese and a slight drizzle of taco sauce. It was just slapped together and unsatisfying.
The combo came with two taco supremes which was stuffed with more sour cream than actual meat. The taco shell was not fresh and stale.
The only satisfying part of my meal here was the Sierra Mist. Go to Del Taco across the street.
