I’ve always been so terrified of dentists. Each dentist I’ve been to, I’ve had to go to other dentists to have what the previous dentists done fixed. So I stopped going after a root canal gone bad. My sister told me about Dr. Navas and told me to contact his front desk manager Lei. As soon I spoke with Lei and made my 1^st appointment I was please and felt so comfortable. They really took the time to explain to me what was happening and going to happen. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. I have to say that this dentistry is the best I have ever been to and I will continue to come here as well as my family. Thank you so much Lei and Dr. Naval as well as the rest of the staff for making my experience each time I come so comfortable!

Dr. Navas is the best dentist in the entire city of Long Beach. He is so skilled and gentle and his staff are the best! I am confident to recommend him to anyone.

Best dentist ever!!! Not only do they have the friendliest staff, the dentists are very caring and gentle with their work. We have called and were able to get appointments same day… they go above and beyond to work with you. And if you are lucky enough to meet and deal with the office manager Lei, she is the sweetest person you will ever meet! She knows exactly who you are when you call and she works really hard to make sure everything runs smooth and is taken care of.

Dr. Navas is Great, I’ve always hated Dentists, but he’s one of the good ones. He listens to what you have to say and won’t push you into anything you don’t really need. The Office Manager Lei is the Greatest, sweetest person you’ll ever meet, I highly suggest this dentists office.

Dr. Carol Paco is an awesome dentist. I only trust her with my teeth. Not only is she great maneuvering around my mouth, but she is super friendly and has an honest opinion about what work you need to have done immediately and what work can wait for another visit. Also the supporting dental staff is also really friendly. The environment certainly feels very homey. The waiting room is more like a cozie foyer! I just enjoy coming to Sunwest Dental and seeing Dr. Paco. Highly recommend this place.

They keep dragging on appointments and take loooooooooooooong time to see you, even with appointment. The doctor went for a surgery and they did not tell me ahead of time. So irresponsible! kept me hanging. and bouncing me from one doctor to another — I had to keep calling them to see whats next. Cheesy receptionist. I did not trust the doctors efficiency either… my mom got ulcer in her mouth because of the doctor’s inability to catch the issue on time. Would not recommend to anyone. Sorry!
