Great facial! Carol is very knowledgeable!

I’ve been going to Carol for facial for about a year now. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel relax, and my skin looks and feels cleaner and softer after each session.

Had my very first facial this AM with Carol and she is fantastic — very gentle, knowledgeable and friendly — i’ll definitely be back.

I am a long time customer and loved the new location. It’s close to the freeway and close to shopping. The one on one experience was nice and the décor was cozy and relaxing. The facial was excellent and I’m looking forward to my next appointment ;)

I was given a gift certificate as a V-​day gift and I went to the one in the Long Beach Town Center. I was greeted by Courtney who was the sweetest and most easy going person to talk to. I started with the body polish then on to the facial. Courtney was so gentle and amazing! Definitely going to be a repeat customer!!!

Atmosphere is quaint and relaxing. Staff are very professional and the service (student facial) that my daughter received was excellent. Already scheduled her next appointment with Courtney. Looking forward to the next facial. Thanks Studio Cie.

I was looking for somewhere closer to my home where I could get my massage fix (I usually go to Glen Ivy Corona or down in Newport Beach). I found Studio Cie on Unilocal with excellent reviews so I decided to try it.
I was one of those poor planners and called on Friday evening to see if they could fit me in Saturday morning. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and told me she had open appointments at 9 or 10. I chose 10, she took down some of my info, gave my directions on how to find them, and we hung up.
When I arrived on Saturday I was asked to fill out some paperwork and then taken back to the relaxation room to wait for my massage therapist. Her name was Synthia and she was fantastic! I had requested a hot stone massage and it was heavenly!
After the massage I went to the front to pay and was given a «New Client Package» which included a free foot treatment with my second visit and a free hand treatment with my third visit. WIN. In the package was a full menu of the services they offer– its very comprehensive! I was also told about they membership program– but no hard sell, which was so nice! The membership is $ 59 a month which includes a massage and a scalp treatment every month, 10% off all products, and $ 49 additional massages during that month.
I plan to visit Studio Cie again a couple times to see if my experience is just as excellent– and then possibly go for the membership. Seems like a very affordable and fairly-​priced deal.

Studio Cie is located in the same shopping center as the YMCA and Alin’s Party Supply. It looks small, but is on a corner and is much bigger on the inside. I made an appointment same day, and was so happy they were able to fit me in. Synthia took very good care of me during my 60 minute Aromatherapy Massage. It was on special too, only $ 65! I would check them out if you are in need of a massage, but don’t have a full day to spend at a spa. Their specials are great and to top it off, I hear they accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.

I’ve been going here for years. Always friendly and the service is fantastic. I love Lauren for my facials and love when they have specials (massage and facial)!

Lindsay Hoffman is no longer with Studio Cie Wellness Spa. She is now located at The Starlet Hair Lounge and Skin Care in Cerritos, CA. Excellent at Brazilian waxing (hard wax or strip) and result oriented facials.

Studio Cie is very pleasant and clean when you walk in, with a friendly girl at the front desk. I walked in for a bikini wax and they took me right away because someone had cancelled. Lindsey was very outgoing and sweet. She was quick, professional, and did a great job. The bikini wax was not as bad as I anticipated (this was my first bikini wax). I felt very welcomed here, I got a good deal, and I would go here again.

Listen up, expectant mommies! You MUST get a prenatal/​pregnancy massage with Synthia. I’ve seen her twice now (I’m tempted to go for a third time but I’m about ready to pop!) and each time I’ve left feeling more relaxed than after any other massage. I’ve quite literally fallen asleep — it’s that relaxing. I still work full time and usually I feel the stress back in my neck and shoulders within a few hours but with Synthia’s massage it usually takes over a day. Seriously, get at least one (get more!) prenatal/​pregnancy massages. They are worth it!

I received a lovely massage. I have been doing regular massages for over 20 years and this was a first; a room without music and heat. My comfy massage table was heated but I was getting so cold that my masseuse had to keep covering my exposed areas (like one shoulder had to be covered as she worked on the other). Turning up the heat on the massage table doesn’t cut it as I got so hot under the sheets but my shoulders were ice cold. Kinda disrupts the relaxation factor.

Unfortunately, Nina is no longer with Studio Cie. However, Lauren has been taking care of me for months and does a fantastic job with the Brazilian. She was trained by Nina and is just as thorough and patient with me, the customer.
I have also seen Lauren for a facial and she was completely awesome. I suffer from Adult Acne and she made some wonderful suggestions on some changes I could make to my skin care routine. Now, my Acne is all but gone and it’s all thanks to her.
Overall I love this place. The new location on Woodruff is much easier to find and beautiful to be serviced in. No matter what your needs are, Studio Cie will be able to help you.

Go see Lauren if you need anything waxed… she is the best! Years ago I had a terrible experience with an underarm wax and was very apprehensive to have it done again. As I explained my terrible experience to Lauren she informed me about what the other place had done wrong and what she was going to do instead. Hard wax is definitely the way to go. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and puts your mind at ease. Now I only go to her for underarm and eyebrow wax.
I’ve also gone to her for facials and she constantly impresses me with her work. I have extremely sensitive skin and I always come away feeling great!

Ah-​maz-​ing!
I had the glycolic peel followed by a seaweed mask with Pricilla. This was my first glycolic peel, and Pricilla did a great job of educating me about the procedure, it’s benefits, and any steps I would need to take thereafter. She was very careful with my sensitive skin, especially with this being my first peel and all. The results were amazing! I could see a difference in my skin’s texture immediately!
The place is cute, clean, and reasonably priced. Pricilla was great. New clients are rewarded with a goody bag filled with coupons for future visits. Will definitely come in handy for the next time I come back!

Goodness Gracious! This place is full of goodness and much grace!!!
I’ve been there a number of times… always to see my fab two… Nina and Sarah! They are my feel great team! Everybody at Studio Cie is super sweet and welcoming. At first it can be intimidating but they make everything so easy!!!
Nina gives great advice on how to improve skin (and I have troubled skin)!!!
And if you like deep tissue massage then Sarah would be your Chica! She listens to what you have to say!
I visit at least twice a month… Facial and massage. :)
I do miss the back to back specials but check out their website because they have many new specials every month!

I really like this place. It is hidden away, and I believe they are going to be moving their location a few miles down the street (off Carson St. & Woodruff Ave. — in the shopping center over by Sprouts and Allen Party Supply).
My boyfriend surprised me with a spa package they offer and it was just great! The package included a facial, massage and infrared sauna service. I just really enjoyed everything.
Just like most salons or spas, the products (moisturizers, skin products, etc.) sold are priced highly– so it is usually expected.

This place rocks my socks. I just went in a few days ago, and my experience was nothing short of fan-​effing-​tabulous.
I will say that I judged a book by its cover. Its in Lakewood. In a strip mall. And there was a «Back to Back» special. $ 100 for a 60 min massage and 60 min facial. Still, I figured what the hell…
The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was given a snap on towel, robe, sandals, and a locker upon arrival. Then led to my first treatment: massage. I’m super ticklish, so a massage is always tough to get through. But I managed.
The perks of massage: heated massage table, good smelling lotion, no windows in the room, light soothing music, dimly lit, no outside noise could be heard.
Now for the facial. It was something I’ve never experienced in all my years having facials. Time slowed down, angel wings rubbed my face, clouds of softness massaged it… I think a unicorn frolicked past my table.
Lauren was super sweet, knowledgeable, and talked me through the process. I have super sensitive skin. Oily, acne prone. Took acutane a few years back. The delicate rinse gloves were aromatic and made of what seemed like sheepskin. The delicate gloves, amazing smell, and warm water really pampered my skin. I’ve had people scrape it with a hard towel and cold water as a rinse before… this was nothing like that. To remove the mask, she first used a hot towel and loosened up the clay, then used the little rinsey gloves to take off excess product. I left feeling like my face was just born again. Amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Services include massages, makeup, facials, body polishes, spend a day at. I used a spa finder gift card so I got to get a 1.5 hr massage. Very very relaxing, they really know how to work you and not hurt you!
