I used the mobile app to place my order. I always order iced coffee with half and half. I have NEVER payed for them to pour cream into my cup. This time around i did not notice that when i placed my order, they charged me $.60 to have breve in my coffee. I find this rediculous since they have breve at their counter along with their sugars. I prefer to order in person and pour my own breve at their bar.

I’ve come to this starbucks a few times and each time they are out of ice. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Very frustrating especially when it’s 90 degrees out.

Great service! I only give it 4 stars because they don’t have a huge display of items to sell! Mugs etc

My drink was good but thy didn’t even fill it up all the way! Like I understand that they are trying to check everyone out fast but I don’t want to pay full price for a a drink that’s not even filled up all the way.

First time here because I was in the area. Like most patrons of Starbucks, I have a «USUAL» order. Obviously, I don’t expect stores other than my Home store to know what that is. However, I DO expect some consistency throughout the chain. Being that Starbuck’s is company owned in the USA –not a franchise, that shouldn’t be a problem.(Although you can own a Starbuck’s franchise in Europe, but that’s for another day) So. I order the usual Trente Iced Green Tea, no sweetener and a pumpkin loaf. This day I ordered 2 loaves.(I was hungry after fasting for lab work) Usually, my tea is more on the greener lighter shade side of the spectrum and just green tea-y-ish enough, some would say perfect, and my pumpkin loaf is toasted just perfectly and warm. Well that’s what I expected. What I got: my tea was very dark(brown) and very strong. OK, so I’m totally cool with that, because I do like it strong and as the ice melts it dilutes it anyway so it doesn’t end up being water in the end. Which is what usually happens. Not a problem at all… just not what I expected. My pumpkin loaf on the other hand, was cold. They didn’t even ASK if I wanted toasted. And Im not sure if I was supposed to ask, as I never had to in the past. EVER! Because they always asked me. So I thought nothing of it until I got to my car to enjoy it. That is my only complaint. The BEST thing about this store is the employeesl The best and most courteous staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbuck’s. Friendly, they ask how you are doing and actually wait for a response. which is hard to come by in the real world and rarely happens a some other stores. The person who made my tea did ‘Cocktail’ style tricks behind the ‘bar’ to entertain me as I stood watching. That was fun :-) So it made up for my cold pumpkin loaf. All in all it was a painless and entertaining experience. Let me just add, the parking is a total shitshow!

Stopped by to kill some time before picking up my girlfriend. Walked in and was greeted by 2 employees. Asked for a venti Salted Caramel Frapp and in no time had my drink in hand. Sat down and staff is inviting and a few customers knew them by name and vice versa. Plenty of parking. Seating inside and outside, nice shaded area towards a parking lot structure.

Huge inventory problems every time I’ve been here. If not inventory then rude baristas. Will never come back.

I come to this Starbucks because it’s literally a minute from where I work. Every time I come in, the employees are always extremely helpful and kind! Love coming to get my coffee here(:

I go to this Starbucks because it’s walking distance from where I work. This location is pretty busy(probably since it’s close to several hospitals), so the lines can get pretty long. However, the baristas are fast and efficient here. Based on my experience, they aren’t the friendliest baristas ever but maybe it’s just because they seem to be busier here than those at other locations. I’ve never had my drink messed up here before(well, I guess iced coffee without sweetener is not that hard to mess up, but still!) and I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time regardless of being there during rush hour. I am docking a star though because it seems to get pretty loud here. Sometimes the employees are yelling at each other from across the store. But that’s just me being nit picky since I like to enjoy my coffee in peace, tend to study at coffee shops, or like to have conversation with a friend while having coffee. P. S. If you’re going at night, be careful when walking to your car — there are some sketchy characters in this shopping plaza, but it’s pretty much that way all over this side of town anyway.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Starbucks. Maybe I just have lucky timing. I don’t understand why other’s experiences are so terrible. This is my go-to Starbucks location in the area(based off 3 locations in LB). This one is attentive, friendly, and even with a long line, people get in and out pretty quickly. Plenty of parking.

Being as to how much I check in here often, I figured it would be just about time to write a quick review of my own! Located right next to the Willow Blue Line Station situated in a shopping center that houses Albertsons, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, CVS and other stores, this Starbucks has always been one that has been pleasant throughout my visits. Usually at other locations, I would have to wait a while to get my order. Here, they are prompt. There is limited seating with some chairs and tables right outside. Yes, you will see occasional homeless people asking for change especially fi you happen to be sitting outside! This was the first Starbucks that I came to in Long Beach AND the first one where I tried now one of my favorite drinks, the Smores frappucino. Yes, this is a franchise owned business. But this is one that will definitely continue to get my business!

After reading other reviews I don’t feel paranoid in saying the service here sucks. Then again maybe it was just the barista serving me today. I gave my order and she asked me to repeat it, which is fine, I appreciate her wanting to get my order right but her response was«yeah I got that». Ummm okay… then what do you need from me? Then I’m waiting behind another car and listening to her talk to the person in front me even though she got her coffee already. Hey barista! The kids nose was blue! Get over it already! She didn’t say hi to me, just told me my total, gave my drinks and asked if I needed a receipt. Just a little good customer service goes a long way. Maybe it was because my nose wasn’t blue, maybe she was still in shock from seeing a blue nose. I don’t know, but after a long day myself I just need a little friendliness from the people I give my money to.

I wish I could give this place a negative STAR! This is the closest Starbucks to me, but after today’s experience(5÷12÷15 appx 625pm), I will now go over to the newest Starbucks in the neighborhood(Signal Hill– Atlantic and Spring). The barista in the afternoon totally put my order on blast. I ordered a Double Shot and he called it out as a ‘Starbucks Double Shot, but known as a Double Shot.’ His side comment as I picked up my order, made me feel as if I ordered it wrong and made me feel stupid. I’ve always ordered my ‘Double Shot’ as a ‘Double Shot,’ however today the cashier said I was ordering incorrectly and changed the order. So I went with what she said was the correct order. So all around from the start to the end of my trip to this particular Starbucks, they made me feel like an idiot. Thanks guys! The worse Starbucks service in the WORLD!(And I’ve been to Starbucks around the world!)

This one is A-OK. The baristas seem to pay more attention to each other than their customers. My beverage was ok, a bit on the overly sweet side.

I love going to this Starbucks because it’s close to my house. All of the staff are friendly with the exception of this lady(not sure of her nationality but she looks Asian or maybe Filipino) anyway her vibe is negative, she barely speaks, so this morning she was stocking the pastries & I asked if they had salads which I know they did & her response was if you don’t see it we don’t have it… pissed me off because that’s why I asked because I didn’t see any & normally they will have some in the back. I wanted to curse her out but I just WOOOOOSAHHHHH.

There’s always this dude barista who gets my order when I’m here. He’s actually pretty alright. However, this one female barista with a tattooed neck and corn rows/braided hair making the drinks totally gave me attitude. I asked for a refill, which first of all, should be free if you have a Starbucks card but I was charged 50c. Oh well. Anyway, when I got my cup back, there was a crack on the side so my coffee was leaking. In addition, I was given ice with coffee, not iced coffee. I should’ve asked for light ice. Idiots. So with the leaking ice with coffee I have, I asked for another cup and I was totally given attitude. WOW. Horrible experience. I’ve been going to this Starbucks quite a lot and and each of my experience have been just okay, nothing good to remember and nothing too bad… Until today. HORRIBLE. And for the record, I took loads of napkins to take my anger out on them. Yay free napkins, jerks.
