Star Tek Cell Phone Repair

Went in a few weeks ago to get my charging dock for my iPhone 5C replaced, they did it for $ 35 bucks which was cheaper than anywhere close by. The guy said he’d replace the battery for 15 dollars in the future if my battery became faulty. So I went in a week later got that replaced for 15. Overall very professional and stuck to their word.

This place is awesome. I went in with a shattered iPhone 6 screen. The guy said 25 – 30 minutes. He made good on that promise. Customer service is great. The guy who was there was super knowledgeable. When I went to pick my phone up, the screen he used to replace mine wasn’t working properly. He switched it out again and threw in a gorilla glass screen protector FOR FREE. Plus $ 119 after tax isn’t bad… and it comes with a warranty. I highly recommend this place and will be returning in the future if I need any electronic repairs! They also fix gaming consoles and computers/​tablets!!!

Fixed the cracked screen on my Galaxy S4. It was quick and easy. I went in, staff was great, filled out a form, came back later to pick up the repaired phone. Best price I could find in the area!

Their store hours on the sign and on Unilocal are listed as 10am-​5pm Saturday but when I went over, they were closed. What a waste of a trip. They should follow their posted hours.

Though this place is an obscure area with no parking whatsoever, it is a great place to fix your screen for any electronic item! Buying a phone isn’t cheap, so getting your phone fixed won’t be cheap either.
I walked in and this guy was already very welcoming. We started chatting and told me the prices and the reason why they are high, but after seeing the results I saw why! My phone looks brand new and I’m so incredibly happy!
This is definitely the place to get your screen fixed! And did I mention how fast he did it?! Literally less than 20 minutes! And he even gave me a complimentary glass screen protector!

I came in today with my phone not working, the battery/​battery port went bad. I won’t go into to much detail, but this place definitely works with you and the problem your device is having. The girl up front was friendly and knowledgeable, the technician works quick and knows what he’s doing. Very FAIRLY priced. And I would recommend them! Thanks Guys! An Honest Business.

This place is ok. Staff is nice, but the part that counts — the quality of the end product is lacking. Took an S4 in for a screen replacement. Didnt feel like activating when i got out of the store, so I took it home. Left the S4 on the table, nothing around it to damage it. Went out for the night. Came back the next morning and the screen was cracked — radiating from the middle of the screen.
Took the phone back, they told me they normally dont give warranties on the screens, and they would fix it any way. I explained to them that I didn’t leave anything on or near the phone for it to be damaged. She alluded to something regarding a clamp when it was installed. Got the phone back.
Also, she alluded to them doing me a favor by fixing it as if I had dropped it. I dont have time for games or BS. I’m a busy guy, and running game on an independent business isnt on my to do list.
Decided not to activate the phone after all, and decided I’m going to sell it. Fast forward 1 week. The screen has issues with bubbles under the screen. Mind you the phone has sat in the original box in preparation to be sold.
Mediocre work that lasts until it doesn’t. Not going back. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Wow this place is amazing!!! What ever I bring in. I’m always greeted with a smile and I really think they got elfs working back there. When they give you a time they mean it! They don’t play it gets handled right away. Love this place

It’s true, people. It’s true and I’m a believer.
I was hesitant at first because I know the parking lot and street location is what people call… A bitch. I took a chance. Sure Anaheim street was packed as always at 5pm but that’s my own fault for driving that during that time.
Moving on…
Went into the shop and was greeted by miss lovely Cindy. I told her what happen and she right away took my phone, asked me to fill out a sheet and let me know that it would take about 30 mins. Okay… Sounds good to me.
A few magazine skimming later she called my name and it was all fix. Whoa! Surprisingly faster than anticipated. And surprisingly cheap (under 100) considering my phone not only is cracked A. F, but the LCD screen was malfunctioning. The handyman person in the back did a fantastic job (yes, I heard you hammering away back there) :).

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen and found star tek on Unilocal!I loved them! It was going to take Apple around a week to fix my phone for $ 109 (with tax I’m assuming) but it took Star Tek about 30 minutes and was $ 115 flat.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! I took my iPhone 6 to get checked for water damage and they returned it saying that indeed it had the water damage and not fixable. So why when I go to the apple store to get it replaced, they tell me that the screen does not match the serial number on my phone? Checking for water damage has nothing to do with the screen. I was extremely shocked to learn that Star Tek had basically stolen my screen, not to mention livid at the fact that it’s just my word against theirs. I will never do business with them! It would be nice if they would perform their work in front of you, that way you make sure you get back what you are giving them!!!

The fixed my galaxy and my boyfriends iphone screen. They both look amazing! The owner was super friendly and put tempered glass on them! Cheapest and best quality around!

The people there are very informative & knowledgable about iPhones. I had slight water damage & my phone wasn’t charging. In less than an hour (which they said the inspection would take), they identified the problem: my phone needed a new charging port. They had fixed it all within that hour while I ran errands. $ 35 +tax was well worth it!

Quick service! Nice owners and honest! I shopped around to see what was the cheapest cost for iPhone 6 plus and they out beat everyone.
Plus a few weeks ago my mother cracked her screen iPhone 4 and she received the same excellent service!

Took my old phone my son uses to play math games (iPhone 4s) I took it in March 2015 because it wouldn’t charge he replaced the battery for $ 25 while I waited well it stopped charging again. I stopped by and he replaced it again. He explained it could have been a bad battery. It seems to be charging now :) this place is awesome and does great work quickly. I would highly recommend this place. They do awesome work here :)
