I’ve been to this location for years even though it’s not the store closest to my house, they always seemed to clean up the messes and take the time to fix issues that other Sprint stores overlooked. Maria, Amanda, and Jason are notably the employees who have made my experience at this store both a fun and professional experience.

October 2015, we decided to upgrade our phones and go for the lease option of the iPhones. What a mistake that was! Four months later, I’m still trying to get my bill straightened out. Apparently, my plan was switched from the unlimited family plan to a limited plan? I’m now dealing with overage charges which I haven’t had in nine years of being a customer.
In trying to get this straightened out I’ve been to another sprint store several times, called the customer service several times and finally I come back here which is where the problem began.
When the person helping me tells me he finds this situation hard to believe because he trained so and so and then goes to speak with the manager by the front door for ten minutes or longer so I can’t hear the conversation (rude as hell), the manager tries to help. Again, she finds this hard to believe because they ALWAYS explain to the customer exactly what they’re changing (wrong!).
Now they’re going to run it by the district manager.
In addition, I still have no idea what my «regular» monthly bill is supposed to be. I was told by the customer service line $ 451.00 a month, another store tells me $ 385.00 a month and this store tells me $ 410.00 a month. Geez, I have no idea why I’m so confused… not!
Bottom line? Customer for 9+ years, always paid bill, never really had any issues prior to this and this is what happens? Unbelievable to say the least.
Almost forgot, after switching my plan back to unlimited, I now have not only the erroneous charges for the plan change I wasn’t aware of but also have the charges for changing the plan back in the middle of the month.
Come on Sprint, you can do better for loyal customers!

I usually dread getting a new phone because of the long boring process it usually takes. The whole process was a fair amount of time but I didn’t seem to mind because the staff was so cool! I was just having fun hanging out with them until my new phone was ready. I would definitely go to this place again and would recommend it to anyone.

This review is long overdue. I previously had a tremendous experience from a terrific sales associate named Amanda. She helped me set up my Samsung Galaxy Note 5, switching from Verizon. Later I had a very complex issue when I downloaded the fingerprinting security feature from Samsung Pay, a relatively new app. It apparently has been a problem for a number of people and presents a horribly inconvenient problem of locking you out of your phone for 72 hours. The associates, Andrea and Jason, as well as the store manager, Maria, all wracked their brilliant and skilled brains for a good couple of hours trying to help me. I was so appreciative I really wanted to give them their due on Unilocal. They even gave me a loaner phone so I could remain in contact with my supervisor. It, of course, happened on a day when I needed to be reached ²⁴⁄₇ so I was very anxious (to put it mildly.) They were all incredibly patient with me and kept their good humor even when I was losing mine. Sprint should be incredibly grateful for the great attitude, superb skills and patience that all of these employees possess. I hope someone from Sprint will take note. Tried passing this on to the company but don’t know if they are commended from that end. At any rate, I’d come to this Sprint over any of the other stores.

Had fantastic service byJason. He spent over an hour with me setting up my new phone and teaching me new tricks regarding the upgrade. Everyone in there was so nice and helpful! I love Sprint. The last time I called for something unrelated, the gal told me I could be getting a better package and saved me some money. This particular Sprint store has great energy!

Horrible customer service. We returned some phones after cancelling the service and months later, they’re still charging me the full amount for the phones. Horrible company! Great marketing that’s not put into practice!

I have been coming here for years to pay my bill and I have only bought one phone here over 2 years ago. That being said never really needed customer service per say. Pay my bill, leave and I’ll see ya in a month.
Today I came in to add my bf’s son Tyler to add him to my plan. And with a trying situation example, having to deal with an ex wife, and a wanted phone number that was hanging in the balance. Amanda Pompilio was awesome and kept a sense humor and light heartiness even through a time consuming, at times confusing, 4way call that included the ex wife. She got our number back from the abyss. Whoo hoo! Thank you!!!
She’s obviously adored by the people who come here and that say hi and hug her. Well, it’s well deserved. Even Tyler after we left kept saying how cool and nice she was.
I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. So, keep it up Amanda, you’re awesome and I’ll see you soon. :-)

If ever Unilocal were to give users the half star and no star option, I would be extremely happy for this business would happily receive a 0 star review. I have come here 4 seperated times, for various different reasons (new phone, accessories, tablets) and I should have learned my lesson in 2014, when I went to purchase a Christmas gift for my boyfriends new phone. and was shit out of luck.
This pint size Sprint location is by Lifestyle Wireless. Meaning they are NOT Sprint employees, and they don’t go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Located on Willow and Bellflower Blvd, with the Jamba Juice and Subway south the 405N on ramp. It’s a tiny parking lot, holding those 3 stores and a BOA ATM. Parking sucks, kinda like this store. The employees are rude and rarely helpful, though one previous manager, Steve I think, was great. but no longer there. Maybe he went to a real Sprint store.
Anyhow, I’ve come in over the past 2 years to purchase a few things, including a Samsung Galaxy watch for the bf’s Note 4, upgrade a phone plan, purchase a tablet for a birthday gift, as well as a few other things. Now, how many times did they have what I needed in stock? Everytime according to them. Except in stock doesn’t mean «Hey, can you come back in 3 or 4 days because we have to transfer it, we don’t actually have it here.» This has happened multiple times! The watch and tab both were transfered as I wouldn’t drive all over during the holidays if they’ll deliver. Oh, but thanks for making sure I didn’t receive the items until almost 3 days after their original date of delivery that I was given. Smh. The most recent trip, we tried to upgrade my father-​in-​laws prehistoric cellphone (it still has a QWERTY keypad and a push up touch display. its like 10 years old!!). Since my bf and I are both switching back to Apple, FIL wanted to get an iPhone 5s. We were told he would have to add all sorts of additonal things to his plan, that they cannot upgrade it to an iPhone without him leasing the phone, etc etc. Except when we did it online, we got the phone and same plan (just added data), for $ 200. After the MANAGER said it wasn’t doable. The manager is unhelpful herself. If you HAVE to go here, please turn around and walk right back out if Maria J is there. She is the current store manager, and either has dry rice or cobwebs in her head because she cannot help with very much of anything. I went over the specs of the 5s and 6 with FIL better than she did. She could only point out basics. The fingerprint lock, apple pay, and a camera. Seriously. God no wonder there is rarely anyone in here. They attempted to help me get rid of some bloat ware on my Galaxy s5 and she disabled 4 different apps. I mean, come on! If you work in a cellphone store, basic knowledge of how to remove unwanted bloat ware or whatever should be mandatory. Instead she disabled 4 apps, and cleared half my passwords out. Good job, I spent 3 hours fixing everything myself! **insert sarcastic round of applause here** on top of that, we ended up spending 2 hours in there, the air was stale, no AC/​fans, it smelled horrible, and in the end. the items Maria claimed to have, were out of stock prior to her telling us she «for sure had them, I just checked the inventory.» I guess that’s the invisible inventory right?
From unhelpful employees and not having anything in stock. I don’t understand why Sprint would keep their name on a location that doesn’t help their customers at all. I won’t be back, I’d rather go to an actual Sprint store and get helped properly and not spend hours in a store for basic stuff. Good bye horrible little wannabe Sprint store with useless employees.

The employees and managers are NOT a sprint employee, and they will NOT service you once they are done selling the phone.
This store policy is different (and worse) than the official Sprint store policy.
And the official Sprint store can NOT help you, later down the road when you have any problem with your phone if you buy from these «authorized sprint stores».
I purchased two phone, a Note 4 and a Galaxy S5, from this store.
Note 4 worked perfectly, but the S5 had serious phone problems (missing calls, bad voice quality, etc), so I wanted an exchange.
(I did call Sprint technical support twice trying to resolve the issue before deciding for an exchange)
I called the Sprint customer service for an exchange, but since I bought the phone at an authorized sprint store, I had no choice but to get an exchange where I purchased it. The customer service rep told me I had until ⁴⁄₅ (sun) to exchange my phone where I purchased it.
I went back to this store on ⁴⁄₅ (sun) and this tore was closed to honor Easter Sunday, so I had to re-​visit on ⁴⁄₆ (Mon).
The store manager Maria told me their exchange policy is 14 days, and it already had been 16 days. However she did call the district manager Eric to see if he can approve my exchange, yet they refused to exchange my phone.
This store did tell me to go to a Sprint repair shop to have the phone checked. If it was defected, this store was willing to exchange the phone.
So after calling the Sprint customer service again and having a long long conversation, I was finally able to exchange my S5 with a different phone, that actually works. (The store that helped me with this process is the Lakewood Sprint store)
I wouldn’t have wasted my time, money and gas if I originally purchased my phone at an official Sprint store.
Later I found, I have a business account, and it has a 60 day return/​exchange policy, which this store DID NOT honor as well.

beware dont never go here. maria jacinto is assistant manager is imcompent and is a liar. i brought my phone back before the 14 days was up and she promised 2 exchange if i came back after that and lied now i have a defective phone and eric mickle is district manager and he went for her lies. i will be calling corporate office on both. the workers know more than she does. they dont deserve a star but thats the only way i could post.

I have only been a customer of this store once, but I am already prepared to give it 5 stars because the sales staff provided as pleasant an experience as could reasonably be expected.
I visited this store after first checking out the Best Buy on PCH. I was a Verizon customer and had destroyed my S3. Best Buy offered no options within my price range. The deal available at the Sprint store was much better, and when I switched my service, Sprint agreed to pay my cancellation fee with Verizon.
While that’s all good, what made the transaction special was the exceptional service provided by the sales staff at this store. We encountered a ton of trouble porting my phone number due to posturing by Verizon but the sales woman patiently facilitated a solution. I never felt pressured to purchase by the employees here. And when I did agree to purchase, I was offered insurance and accessories, but not in any sort of strong-​armed manner.
I was really impressed with the entire experience. My expectations were certainly exceeded. I’ll make this Sprint store my first stop for future mobile needs.

Do not go to the store, uneducated sales associate don’t know their own program and products. I went in there one day to upgrade my phone. So I did and I did a two-​year contract, and cells associate said that I could save some money by changing my program which I did. Well I was surprise a month and a half later when I received the bill it was about $ 100 more than what I was
I went back to the store and ask them why they told me it’s because I did a two year agreement and not easy pay. The program was set up to save money with easy pay and not a two-​year agreement does sale associate failed to tell me this so now I’m stuck with it. I’m just surprised this is how they treat their loyal customer of eight years

I was in the store on ¹²⁄₇ about 5 pm. I got great service. Left Verizon and am saving $ 35 a month with Sprint and i get unlimited everything. Data connection is a tad slower but calls have been fine. To save so much money, i am good with the speed.
My phone broke a week later and they would not help me. Now I am a happy T-​Mobile customer and am saving even more money and have the speed I love. Peace out, Sprint.

My boyfriend’s new sprint service is terrible. Besides taking 2 hours in store to set up. He uses his phone for work and the calls now are constantly scramble and dropped. After you sign up for service at this location they drop you as a customer, ‘its out of their hands’ and ‘they can’t help you’. I honestly don’t know how they get away with screwing so many people.
Everyone who works there has a different answer. There are sprint signs everywhere, everyone is wearing shirts with sprint logos on them, but they can’t do anything sprint related to help their customers. If you go to a sprint store ask them if they are really sprint or if they are affiliates/​third party. Please avoid this particular store. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing.

Buyer beware!
We have had no issues with sprint phone quality but several issues with their salespeople adding additional unauthorized charges onto our account. When I upgraded my phone and changed plans in August, they asked me if I would like home phone service and I declined. Got home and the bag had an extra device in it for home use and I called and it had been added on. Then my husband upgraded a couple weeks ago at this store and declined any changes to the plan but they added insurance to both our phones as well as upgraded our data plan without our knowledge. I reviewed our bill as it was higher than I expected and called and complained and was only given a partial refund for data but not insurance. Moral of the story– check your bill! They try to make it confusing for a reason so you don’t see them adding charges.

I’ve gone her a couple of times, the first time i was there the staff had sold me a demo WIFI connecter and had problems with it and had to return because their internet connection blows.
second, i had signed up in November 2013 received a new phone and great service. i signed up for employee discounts and later found out it was never applied for seven months. it was their fault for not turning it in and very irresponsible of them to do that and worst thing was they didn’t do anything about it to satisfy the customer. As you know customers are number one.

This is just about sprint in general. WORST SERVICE EVER!
DO NOT sign up with for this service. The plans are a little cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for.
I live in the downtown long beach area. For the last few days I haven’t had data connectivity outside of my house, where I am connected via my wifi signal. My phone showed I was connected to a 3G signal, but none of my apps were working, citing no data connection. Before this recent problem, 3G connections are painfully slow and LTE signals are few and far between.
Pay an extra $ 30 or $ 40 a month and go to AT&T or Verizon.

Went here to pay my bill. Two young fellows helped me out and they were really cool.
Nothing extraordinary, but definitely helpful and informative about my account and about phones in general.
Parking sucks.
But again, staff was cool.

A good contract Store, small, efficient, clean nice staff. No service available at this location if you need your phone fixed for services that use the Pine Avenue location. Parking can be a challenge mid day

Don’t even bother going to this FAKE Sprint store.
I came here to buy a new Lighting USB for my iphone 5.
There’s no elevator music, nothing. Just quietness all around you.
They didn’t carry it on them so they called the Cherry store to make sure they had it. Told me 2 TIMES that the other store had it for 19.99, which I also remember buying it for… I get there and they tell me $ 35.
I’m sorry, that’s pretty ridiculous for a phucking usb cord with NO adapter included. I call the Bellflower store back asking him why did he tell me 19.99… w/​e.
Ended up paying up or my phone’s battery would have been history. Save yourself some time and just go straight to the Cherry/​Willow store.
