I had Sparkle Photobooth at my wedding at the Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula and I HIGHLY recommend them! My guest had an absolute blast! The photobooth was SO simple to operate and they had tons of fun props! These guys are very professional! I recommend anyone getting married or having an event to book with them. Its so hard to find trustworthy people now a days. We will definitely use them again at our next event!

The photo booth that Sparkle provided was awesome and a blast for our very large banquet! We couldn’t get enough of the great props and disguises available to look goofy and have a memorable time with! It was so simple to operate as well… a simple push of a button and 4 pictures of pure memory come for the booth’s printer! Also David set up and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use them again at our next banquet! Thank you David!

Paul delivered on everything he promised. I was very pleased and can’t wait to use Sparkle Photobooth again.

I have never used this company’s services, however, people keep calling my cell phone number due to my Number being one digit different from this company’s… not fun. but, uh, Photobooths sound like a great idea for any event or occasion just please, dial the number carefully.

I heard horror stories of getting a photo-​booth from one of the discounted sites (livingsocial, groupon) and they don’t show up. Our MC at the wedding recommended Sparkle Photobooth. Paul is very easy to talk to, he responds to emails pretty quickly, and is very professional. The day of the wedding, they showed up early to make sure everything work properly. The guys that came with the booth are very friendly, always smiling, and the booth was a pretty good size. My DVD of the pictures came two weeks later. I wish they had a little more goofy props but over all, Sparkle Photobooth is solid. I would recommend them and will hire them again.

Best Photobooth experience ever!
This is my 3^rd time renting a photobooth and it seems like i found what i’m looking for. I dealt with Paul, who was very understanding of my needs. I needed to have everything setup before a certain time and he was able to make sure the tech guys were efficient.
The people complaining about photo quality are probably color blind. Every picture was crisp and the theme matched our wedding. I was expecting a cardboard box from reading some of these reviews but i was thoroughly surprised with the quality. The back was a little flimsy but you would have to be a huge idiot to make it crumble.
When i got my photobook a week later i was very satisfied knowing everyone had a great time at our wedding cause the smiles were huge in the photobook. I will definitely be using sparkle photobooth for our babies 1 year bday party.

Sparkle photobooth was a hit at my wedding reception! To start off, Paul and his wife met up with me at a starbucks near my house. They were so friendly and professional at the same time. We hired them for 4 hours and my guests were taking pictures from beginning to end. The cost is extremely affordable compared to other photobooths. The quality is EXCELLENT. I re comment the fuchsia background… pictures turn out AMAZING with the lighting. Props were fun!
The only criticism I have is that the scrapbook they provided was too small for the amount of guests I had. I had told them when we first met how many guests I’d be having and requested for a larger scrapbook. However, at the reception, a smaller scrapbook was provided which is why a lot of my guests were unable to make a page for us.
Nonetheless, I wouldn’t have wanted any other photobooth at my reception. It was awesome and I had a good experience with them as well :)

BEST. IDEA. EVER. You owe it to your guests to get Sparkle. David is awesome and this is worth every penny! Rent it for the entire event time because it will be packed from beginning to end. We initially thought 2 hours would be enough but they were so reasonable we did 4 hours instead. My hubby and I looked at the CD last night and laughed until no end.
Recommendation: Have your DJ/​Host encourage people to go in with someone they’ve never met before. A great icebreaker and you will be amazed at the folks who break out of their comfort zone.

Eh– it was all right. Photobooths are all the rage at weddings these days. I work at a photobooth store, so I assumed that everything was touchscreen and we had the ability to see ourselves before the picture was taken. How wrong I was. LOL.
EXP: Overall, we made it fun. They provided props to wear and such and they had this cool scrapbooking area. It gave out two copies so that you can use one for the book and keep one for yourself. There were a few things that I could see why it’s not worth the 1K… First of all, the stickers and markers looked like they were grabbed from between the couch at home and the stickers were these cheap foamy/​kids stickers that you buy at a store for $ 0.50 a bag. There’s almost next to nothing to work with scrapbooking wise. I got lucky, being an art major I utilized what I had and tried to make the scrapbook as nice as possible for the groom and bride with the very limited supplies that were provided. Not to mention ¾ the gluesticks that were provided were empty. I think that was my biggest pet peeve all night. Also, the backdrop that was used for the pictures looked like it was dragged from the deepest depth of an attic. It was creased and wasn’t set up so that the creases weren’t so apparent. It was a half-​assed job. For most of the night, there was an error message on the screen, I saw the tech guy work on it for a little bit, kind of fixed for a little while, it came back and he completely just ignored it after. He didn’t seemed to be doing anything about it. Hmm, from what I recall he was paid to make sure these things don’t persist at an event, no?
SERVICE: The guy sat. Stood, looked around. Played with his phone. That kind of attitude kind of tells you what kind of business he works for. :-|

Did not have a good experience with the photobooth for our wedding. The quality of products (service, pictures, and scrapbook) at the end of the night was poor.

We used Sparkle Photobooth at our reception and had a great experience.
Very professional. Very punctual.
And above all it was very fun!
The photo album they provided turned out better than any conventional guest book could have.

I’m sorry that I am forced to give at least one star.
We went to a wedding at Hilton Waterfront Hotel in Huntington Beach this past weekend, where the photobooth service was provided by Sparkle Photobooth. As photobooths are becoming standard at weddings these days, one would think a company needs to be competitive in order to stay in business. I am frankly amazed at how this particular one stayed in business. Now let’s discuss how Sparkle failed on multiple fronts.
1. Punctuality: the standard photobooth service is for 4 hrs. In this particular wedding the service was supposed to run from 7:30 to 11:30pm, so that guests could entertain themselves for much of the evening reception. As soon as we walked into the ballroom we saw the photobooth there. After the appetizers we were eager to line up for the photobooth by about 8pm, and found that it has not yet begun to operate. Half an hour later it was becoming odd why the photobooth just sat there inoperative. We asked a bridesmaid who went to talk to the coordinator, and was told that the technician needed to operate the photobooth hadn’t shown up yet. Until at least 9:30pm the photobooth still has not started service, so a 4 hr commitment was down to at most 2 hrs before it even began (guests would have to be cleared out of the ballroom by midnight at the latest).
2. Technicality: once the booth started running, it was NOWHERE NEAR what should be considered «smooth running». The wait was long, despite there being relatively few groups of people ahead of us. The reason? Apparently the booth ran into a number of technical difficulties. First, people in front of us were complaining that no picture was printed after they used the photobooth; even when printed only one copy (as opposed to the expected two) was produced. That jammed the line as the technician tried to troubleshoot the booth and print out old images. By the time we finally got into the booth, even though the camera would take pictures, there was a big blob of ERROR message box on the screen under the Windows environment, complaining about some script error and could not print. While it did not inhibit our pictures from being taken, we found out later that our image was produced as a ghost shadow of the group before us – so of course, we had to ask the technicians again to make more prints. When the couple already paid $ 1000 for their service (pricing according to the Sparkle website), and when they were already significantly late to the event, such inefficiencies just turned people off from the photobooth.
3. Technology: the big blob of error message window just brings me to the next point. We COULD NOT press on the «OK» button on the screen to make it go away because IT WAS NOT TOUCHSCREEN! In a day and age when photobooths are so commonplace, how could theirs still rest in the non-​touchscreen era? Yes, touchscreen does not really help or hurt your pictures, but it is undoubtedly the more advanced technology. For the price Sparkle charges, you can do better. Moreover, we also COULD NOT SEE ourselves in the screen before the picture was taken. So we could only judge whether everyone had fit into the field of view AFTER the picture was taken, and was unable to adjust in real time.
4. Quality: finally, the booth overall just felt very cheap. There weren’t enough props, which were just thrown into a box left next to the booth. After the pictures were taken, there were only limited stickers for you to decorate the scrapbook, and a few pens tossed in the cup to choose from. The stickers felt like they were purchased from a 99c store. They were not shinny, not «sparkle”-ly. They had only one type of those foamy stickers (the hearts). The paper was solid color construction paper that 4^th graders use in their art classes. Again, $ 1000 for 4 hrs isn’t cheap, but this all seemed more like it was worth only $ 50 an hour, if that.
5. Service: I heard other guests complained about the technician’s attitude. I personally did not interact with the technician so I won’t dock this against Sparkle. However, the technician did not appear apologetic to me – when people complained about all the problems, he methodically tried to troubleshoot, without expression. He did not appear like we’re bothering him, but he also did not appear like it’s his business.
I cannot believe they have received such high praises on Unilocal.Perhaps they were courteous when dealing with the bride and groom. In this case, though, I think the only courteous thing to do is to give a full refund to the bride and groom.

We hired Sparkle for our 1÷15÷2012 wedding and they were absolutely fantastic!
Paul was very communicative and brought my vision to life effortlessly.
He even met me at a Starbucks on a Sat morning to go over my banner design when our m-​f schedules could not mesh!
He is a true professional and a super nice guy!
Everyone loved the photobooth and I recommend anyone getting married to have one (we did thin in lieu of passing out dinky favors).
The funniest thing ever was when I received the photobook and cd… I opened it and the last pic was of some kind of hippie looking random guy in a tshirt.
My hubby and I could not stop laughing because we just assume it was the tech guys setting up the booth and testing it that day.
It was so funny to have his pic in the midst of people dressed in wedding garb.
Still laughing about it!

We hired Sparkle Photobooth for our June 2011 wedding and nearly six months later, I still think this was one of the BEST wedding decisions we made.
We were on a pretty tight budget, so I did a lot of shopping around. Sparkle wasn’t the cheapest, BUT they were towards the lower end of the price range and definitely offered the best value. The package included digital copies of the prints and the individual shots, props for the photobooth, double prints for our guests, and a scrapbook that guests put together at the wedding.
To be honest, I didn’t really care about the scrapbook initially, but when I got it the week we got back from our honeymoon, I was so excited! I had no idea our guests had put together such fun, creative pages!
The ONLY area of improvement I could suggest for Sparkle is to have a bigger selection of fun props. We also had a couple issues with the camera getting out of focus, but Paul was quick to fix it, so that wasn’t really a major problem.
To this day, the moments captured by Sparkle still make me laugh out loud and look back on the day with such fun memories. If you have any reservations about hiring Sparkle to do your wedding or event, JUST DO IT!
You won’t regret it.

If it was possible, I would give Sparkle Photobooth more than 5 stars! My wife and I had a 3 day wedding and nothing would have prepared us for our reception. Since the reception started at 6 PM, I asked Paul to have the photobooth setup before 5 PM and for them to come back at 7 PM to turn on the machine. 7 PM came by quickly and our guests were still trailing in. Instead of having 350 guests as we anticipated, we ended with over 460 guests at the end of the night. So, I asked Sparkle to return at 8 PM to turn on the photobooth. 8 PM came by and at that point we needed to take the photobooth outside so the Manager of the venue could setup more tables to accommodate our guests. Paul/​Sparkle AGAIN, were more than willing to help out and moved the photobooth outside.
Once everything was setup, there was always a line for the photobooth. Our guests LOVED it and even the old folks got into it! I must say, Sparkle’s props are far better than many other photobooth companies, their prints are high quality (perfect lighting), and they provided a lot of great scrapbooking supplies for our guests.
I would highly recommend Sparkle Photobooth!!! They were very prompt at responding to our emails/​requests, truly accommodating, and provided GREAT customer service!

Sparkle was AMAZING, I’m so glad we had them at our wedding. The booth was a hit the ENTIRE night and there was ALWAYS a line. Even my 74 year old grandpa got in line to take pictures (which is something he NEVER does). All of my aunts and uncles also took pictures and they made scrapbook pages as well. We had a lot of kids at our wedding and they really enjoyed the booth based on all of the pages they made us LOL. They provide all of the supplies for the scrapbook pages and the props, it’s included in the price.
They offer unlimited photos for 4 hours and I believe you can pay extra ahead of time if you want additional hours. The quality of the pictures was by far the BEST I have seen compared to other booths. The color was excellent and the clarity was great, it made everyone look flawless. Two pictures print out for the guest but you get to keep a copy CD of ALL the pictures that people took. After the wedding I told my family that we got a copy in which they responded, «Oh no, you are going to see our pictures that we didn’t like» LOL little did they know that my husband and I got a kick out of those «unseen» photos.
We were able to get the background to match our wedding and the banner was personalized. Other companies charge extra for that but not Sparkle. Paul and Roxanne (his wife) were very helpful throughout the ENTIRE night. This was the easiest vendor to work with. If you are looking to get a Photobooth, you MUST go with Sparkle Photobooth they are wonderful.

I would never hire another photo booth company after using Sparkle! Great service, friendly employees and rad photos. and to top it off the photo quality was superb! Thanks Sparkle for making my wedding so fun and memorable to everyone!

I have always knew that i wanted a photobooth at the wedding. I have done A LOT of research and talked to many photobooth companies. By far, sparkle photobooth is amazing! Paul and his wife are very professional, personal, and friendly. The moment we met them, we knew that we wanted to go with them because they met all our expectations/​criteria: 1) nice photobooth, 2) affordable, 3) good communication w/​customers, 4) included scrapbook items and cd w/​pictures, AND 5) accommodating.
Not only do they have great interpersonal skills, their product is great! The photobooth is by far the nicest. It is very clean, sleek, and modern.
On top of all this, their price is GREAT!!! They provide everything else that other companies do but MORE for less the price. They even let you pick you own banner and background color. I had my friend make mine, but I think they will create it as well.
In addition, Paul was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. He always made sure to update me and check up on me to ensure that I was doing okay. Their customer service is amazing. This company was one of the companies that I did not have to worry about on the day of my wedding.
Scrapbook — I just received my scrapbook and it’s beautiful! It came in a nice leather photobook with a cd of all the pictures!!! :)
Furthermore, they are very very accommodating! I only had them run the photobooth for a total of 4 hours; however, they allowed me to choose the block of time when it would be running. So, I was able to have it run during cocktail hour and after the dinner portion of the reception. It was awesome!!!

Sparkle Photobooth is AMAZING!!! I’ve use other photobooths and been to a lot of other weddings with different photobooth vendors but when it came time for our wedding, we simply wanted the best!
The pricing was superior to other photobooth vendors and included a lot of bells and whistles that others would’ve charged for. Getting our banner done was simple only because Paul was prompt and creative as well! And we got exactly what we wanted! He worked with us on creating the design and changing things in order to accomodate us.
From the initial quote to the event, Sparkle was the ONE vendor that didn’t give us any stress! And if you’re a bride, you know about all the stress that comes with wedding planning! ;)
We loved how the photobooth had a bench in it so you could either sit down or stand up. It also came in handy when we wanted to shove multiple people in there, and we were successfully able to fit 10 people at one point! :)
The props were funny and highly appropriate and at the last minute, the entire wedding party decided to grab a prop off the table and use it for our grand entrance which made it that much more memorable!
The scrapbook was high quality and the it was on our doorstep 3 days after the wedding! So we got to enjoy it before taking off for our honeymoon! (Another photobooth we’ve used, who shall go nameless, took 8 wks to get us our scrapbook!!)
The booth was sturdy and of great quality and the curtain was full length so you didn’t see feet hanging out of it when others were inside. The pictures were great quality and all came on a CD so we were able to reproduce as we wanted so that everyone that was in the picture could have a copy. The curtain in the back matched our wedding color perfectly too!
Overall, Sparkle photobooth was courteous, accomodating, and simply the best out there! I’d recommend Sparkle to anyone, and have! And for all other future parties that I may have of this caliber, I’ll definitely be booking Sparkle again!

Every wedding MUST HAVE a photobooth! I repeat. not just any photobooth but. a photobooth from Sparkle Photobooth!!!
We used Sparkle Photobooth for our recent wedding at the Camarillo Library and OMG how I miss thee… Our guests spent many laughs, smiles, and screams in the booth! It was well worth it!!! I would highly recommend using Sparkle Photobooth.
Cost– best deal in town (trust me I did my research)
Customer Service-​beyond my expectations… we even added an extra hour of service last minute & Scott was super accomodating! Paul is also quick to respond and easy to work with.
Scrapbook– freakin’ awesome & arrived in the mail promptly! We can’t stop lookin’ at our scrapbook =)
