The office is in the ghetto, the facility is dirty, receptionists unprofessional with face tattoos, and appointments not seen on time. Avoid this place!

Dr. Nguyen is the sweetest, most caring obgyn I’ve seen. I visited this location a year and a half for symptoms I was having. They had two office locations but i’m not sure if they’re still here, as since then I’ve relocated to the bay area. I’ve been to another facility that refused to see me unless I was doing a pap that very first visit. But here, he listened to my concerns and worked with me to try to figure it all out. He had me undergo a pelvic ultrasound at my request. I wanted the female doc do the pap since I thought it would be more comfortable, but she is totally the opposite of him. Kind of rude, she seemed only concerned with how I got my(Tricare) insurance. She also was not willing to call in a prescription without me coming in for another visit. Dr. Nguyen happily did that empirically for me. He truly cares for your well-being and makes you feel that you are very important.

This clinic is very small and crowded! I come here for my prenatal care, and it is awful here. The nurses here are nice but I hate how long the service is. Patients over here at the office wait for a period of at least 1 hour and a half or 2 hours the most just to see a doctor. During my visits, I feel like everytime I get to see the doctor, he rushes me out the door. And my ultrasounds… ughhhh…he rushes so much that the pictures comes out undetermined like u cannot even tell what that picture was. Usually during an ultrasound printout, u can see the figure of the baby.
