Suprised this place is rated well.
Food is cheap but not cheap but not cheap enough to make up for the terrible terrible quality.
Waiter was excellent and friendly, really tried to make our breakfast great.
I had the eggs Benedict and the ham slab was chewy and the potatoes on the side were under cooked. We also had an omelet that wasn’t terrible so they get three stars.
Will only come back in the future if I’m really hungover and want cheap crappy food for breakfast.

I’ve been eating here for the last 4 or 5 Sunday’s, and I have to say, it’s the best (IMO), inexpensive breakfast in Long Beach. (I don’t go out for a ton of breakfasts)
$ 3.95 for the all American, eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast. Can’t beat that price these days.
Not sure about their lunch or dinner, but it’s probably pretty decent.
Good service, clean, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

What can I say? I’m a fan of their food. Come here for breakfast, order their all american, mix/​mash up your hashbrowns with the over easy eggs, pour in ketchup and tabasco… and you have your ultimate breakfast.
For lunch/​dinner, order their quesadillas. No joke but their quesadillas are so delicious, mix in the homemade salsa and sour cream, it’s heaven.
Bask in the 70’s 80’s feel, you might even catch a glimpse of my favorite shows being filmed here on the spot (Dexter, CSI…)!!!
After your meal, you can walk around the harbor or drive down to 2nd street for some bar hopping. Excellent.

I like how the hotel reopens the restaurant. it’s a place with lots of memeories for the locals. I brought the 15% off coupon. certainly a good deal.
