Thannia and Sheila have been a huge help to me. They consistently look out for me and I greatly appreciate their time and service. Not many brokers or insurance agencies take the time to help you via text. They do. I have both their numbers saved and can contact them, at any time during the business day, and they will do their best to assist me. There have been instances where I send 1 text and everything gets resolved for me. I have recently moved out of state and will continue to send my business their way. Thanks for all you do!

I was taken care of very nicely, personably and professionally by Thannia Martinez. I don’t know her personally other than the interaction on the phone conducting business, but im guessing the negative review of her was initiated by the customers rude behavior first. The rates are very competitive if not better than others, and the coverages are higher than most. I ran across them unintentionally, but am glad I did.

Sheila has been a true blessing in my chaotic life. The last insurance company I had was horrible. I felf like they ripped me off left and right so a friend of mine referred me to Sheila. She has been so helpful and is very efficient when it comes to responding to emails and inquiries that I send her. She responds within minutes with answers to my questions. She has made it so easy to add and remove vehicles from my policy. I highly recommend Sheila at saferoad insurance and I wouldnt even think twice of going to another insurance agent. I’ve been with Mercury over 6 years but my rates kept increasing even though I didn’t have any claims. I finally decided to start shopping around and Saferoad gave me the best quote with better coverage. What I really like about their service is that the agent (Teany) took the time to explain my coverage and made recommendations based on my current situation since I haven’t updated my insurance in a long time, she told my my coverage wasn’t sufficient since I own a house now. I highly recommend these guys for their service and convenience, I was able to get everything done by phone and e-​mail.

Saferoad insurance started of good with me, but individual differences among the staff dent the service. Staff to avoid when dealing with them is Thannia Martinez who is soo rude and manner less. A spoilt brat and irrepressible staff that can’t even be cautioned by other colleagues while walking her client out of the office to other competitors simply because the client asked a official question. She’s a disgrace to their organisation. It’s a pity, don’t ever conclude to judge personality at first sight.

Great quality serivce for auto insurance… besides actually wanting ur business… they actually «care». Sounds cliché but its true… I was skeptical because it was located in a small shopping center in north Long Beach. But I got a good rate and they do SR-22’s. A plus is that they also do home owners insurance, I actually saved alot of $$$ without switching to GEICO hahah. Anytime I save money its an A+ in my book.
